Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Alles hat reibungslos geklappt und die Wohnung ist für einen Wien Besuch ideal. Wenn wir nochmal nach Wien kommen, würden wir nur hier wohnen wollen. Wir haben uns als Familie einfach wohl und „zu Hause“ gefühlt.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, le logement était facile d’accès et nous confirmons que celui-ci est très bien placé par rapport aux transports en commun. Le quartier est populaire et nous n’avons pas trouvé grand chose à faire dans celui-ci mais encore une fois vous avez le tram à quelques mètres du logement ce qui vous permets de rejoindre le centre ou autre lieu très rapidement. La literie est excellente, l appartement est fonctionnel. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Easy check-in and communication. Great location, and walkable to museums, the open market, and loads of bars and restaurants. The 1 bedroom apartment was clean and larger than expected. The only odd thing is that there’s two chairs instead of a couch which could easily fit. It made the space feel a bit more like a hotel room. Otherwise the apartment is clean and has all the basics you need. Would recommend to anyone looking for an easy apartment in a great part of the city.

Ours a month long stay. Sept 2024. The apt had a wonderful spacious layout. Long hallway leads to the large living/kitchen. Hardwood floors. Off the main hallway was the shower/sink bathroom; and a separate toilet room. The bedroom was accessible through the bathroom, and also from the kitchen/living room. Large old windows. Lots of clothes storage in the bedroom. There were too few bath towels. Upon our having inquired about this, more were delivered. The shower was a concern as it did not drain well, and water leaked at the base of the glass panel. But all was attended to, rectified by the hosts promptly when we notified them of the issues. With warmer/summer temps there can be outdoor cafe/people noise until very late. Once the weather cooled, noises calmed down. Steady stream of cars on street below, all coming from Mariahilfer Strasse. Perfectly located with walking everywhere. Many wonderful cafes, coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries nearby. Walk and you will find. Elevator. W/D

This is a really beautiful apartment. Super spacious and comfortable. The photos don’t even do it justice. It’s nicely decorated and perfectly located on a quiet street but close to a few neighborhoods, and about a 15 minute walk into the center. We didn’t want to leave!

Stay at Igor’s was as advertised. Apartment was cozy and within walking distance of most of the cities attractions. Spent a few evenings at the Irish Pub just next door during our stay which was a pretty cool spot. Igor was responsive and gave easy to follow instructions for check in and check out. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a worderful place to stay at, definitely enhanced our experience in Vienna. Even though the location seems to be quite distant from central city, it takes up to 30 minutes maximum to get there, the S-Bahn station is less than a 5 minute walk away from the flat and with Vienna public transportation system, it was very efficient and quick to change the lines. The flat itself was clean upon arrival, all the amenities listen were present, bedding was clean and extra duvets were provided. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils. The rooms were bright and spacious. The only issue that we have encountered was related to the oven, as when you turn in on, the electricity goes out for some reason, which we found quite incovenient. The rest of the appliances were working just fine. Overall, I would rate the flat 5/5 and would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a pleasant stay at Selina's place. The apartment is located at a quiet street with restaurant and convenience store around the corner. Getting the unit door was initially challenging as we were not used to that type of door lock but Selina responded immediately and very helpful. It was a short walking distance to the nearest tram stop and underground station. It's also very close the the main tourist area.

Kati is a great host of a great place. The place is well located, extremely clean and nice, close to underground and plenty of supermarkets; it has everything you need to make you feel at home. Highly recommended!

We stayed 3 amazing nights at Wilfried’s Skyflat. First of all, the view out from wide and tall windows sorrowing the room was gorgeous looking down the entire Vienna city. It was conveniently located to reach the city center by a short ride on a tram or by a long walk. Our family enjoyed the sauna. Also, enjoyed a unique shaped terrace. I would recommend all the visitors to Vienna of this room, especially for a family.

The apartment is really easy to find and tho access. its neat and welcoming with nice windows and a balcony if the weather is good. the layout is really well thought out - it has everything you need. we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment for short city breaks to vienna for sightseeing. the uni campus is close by and the area is nicely landscaped. there is a grocery shop on the corner for all basic needs. great location, great price, small but perfectly formed. the bathroom is a great size and the shower was brilliant. great communication from the friendly hosts. huge thanks for the stay. 😊

Very pleasant stay. Even the taxi driver said “Wow you’re staying here?” When we arrived so knew it was a great location. Close to local shops and amenities. Very close to the Christmas markets max 30 min walk away from the furthest one. Alen was super flexible with the check in and out. Gave us a lot more time in the flat. They have a reception and laundry room in the building which is great if you accidentally leave the keys in the flat which we did (Whoops!) Thank you for being a great host Alen. Lovely apartment, we will definitely stay again.

Wir haben fünf Nächte in dem Apartment verbracht und es war perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt in Wien. Die Unterkunft ist ästhetisch eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr ist man schnell in der Innenstadt, aber es lohnt sich auch zu Fuss die Gegend in Umgebung zu erkunden.
