We booked Theo's place because it looked spacious from the photos with two separate actual beds for us and our daughter which was difficult to find in the area of Vienna at our budget. The place did not disappoint. It is super spacious, with lots of kid's activities, trampoline, swing and toys that my daughter was super excited to enjoy. The place is fully equipped with all that you may need, has the best view and fresh air just a bit away from the city but if you rent a car it is just 20 minute drive to the closest P&R (Spittelau). On top of this it is close to many beautiful hiking trails one that starts straight from the house. The place is decorated nicely but not too much and there is still space were you can put your things. The only minor inconvenience is the attic ladder to go to the upper floor, but we got used it after a couple of days.

A modern dining area is illuminated by natural light streaming through large glass doors. A wooden table and black seating are positioned near the windows, offering a view of the lush garden filled with greenery and outdoor furniture.

Wir (Familie mit zwei älteren Jugendlichen) hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt am Ende der Sommerferien. Besonders hat der Garten zur grünen Aue und das SUP-Fahren gefallen. Die Mitbewohner (Katzen, Meerschweinchen) waren uns schnell liebevoll vertraut. Die Lage mit Nähe zur Donau, zum Kloster, zu den Weinbergen und zu all den Annehmlichkeiten, die Wien zu bieten hat, ist hervorragend.

Our stay at Christian's flat was full of delight and comfort. The place was spacious and very nicely furnished. Christian was a professional and caring host. He allowed us to have a late check in and gave us an informative tour of the place before letting us get settled. The flat is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood a little ways away from the city center. It is a short walk away from bus and tram lines. Grocery stores, cafes, and historical restaurants. Christian was available for us whenever we needed through the in-app chat and included awesome recommendations about activities and places to eat in Vienna. He was very thoughtful to include small treats from Vienna to welcome us. We enjoy everything about Christian and our time at his beautiful place. We highly recommend him and this accommodation. We will definitely be staying here again.

Un vrai petit cocon, décoré avec soin et très bien équipé, on s’y sent tout de suite chez soi. Le logement est bien situé pour visiter Vienne. Deux possibilités pour rejoindre Vienne : trajet en train ou en voiture jusqu'au P+R hutteldorf (4,50 € la journée). Ensuite, le métro vous emmène facilement au cœur de la ville. Un grand merci à Johanna pour son accueil si chaleureux et sa gentillesse. On a adoré notre séjour.

Ho adorato Silvia e la casa dal primo istante. Silvia è sempre disponibile. Inoltre ha 4 gatti adorabili che tengono molta compagnia (specialmente quello rosso). La camera è perfetta anche per un soggiorno lungo. Inoltre il giardino all’esterno è bellissimo. Luogo perfetto per chi vuole godersi del tempo in tranquillità. Caldamente consigliato.

Very nice place in Tulln especially for us - close to the bike road. Quiet and charming neighborhood and Christian is a very friendly and polite host. The Sauna is also great. We had a wonderful stay!

El apartamento es precioso, muy amplio y limpio 😊✨️. Está bien equipado y las camas son cómodas. Se encuentra a pocos minutos andando del centro de Viena y cerca de supermercados y restaurantes. No es una zona ruidosa. La llegada fue fácil y la anfitrióna es amable y atenta. Se agradecen detalles como el secador de pelo, las pastillas para la lavadora y para el lavabajillas. Si volvemos a Viena, sin duda, repetiremos ☺️

Wir haben ein wunderschönes Wochenende bei Christa und Christian verbracht! Die Umgebung ist traumhaft - zum Wandern oder einfach um im Garten mit herrlichem Ausblick in der Sonnen zu baden. Die Sauna ist ein echtes Highlight! Von Wien aus ist es sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar und in 30 Gehminuten kann man einem Bio-Hofladen alles kaufen, was man so braucht, frisch und regional. Christa hatte sehr gute Wandertipps für uns und so konnten wir zwei Tage frische Luft und Sonne tanken. Vielen Dank!

Martin war ein fantastischer Gastgeber! Die „Press“ -Weinlokal daneben- ist ein echt wienerisches Beisl. Ein idealer Ort, einen anstrengenden Tag ausklingen zu lassen und ohne Schickimickischnickschnack. Wer die leider selten gewordene Atmosphäre von Alt-Simmering sucht, ist bei Martin genau richtig. Inmitten der teilweise etwas rauh scheinenden Umgebung ist Martins Altbau-Gästewohnung faszinierend, schön gepflegt und mit einem tollen Garten ausgestattet und etwas ganz Besonderes für Besucher, die das echte authentische Wien kennenlernen wollen. Außerdem ist die Verkehrsanbindung optimal. Wir wollen gerne wiederkommen!
