Wunderbare Wohnung im schönen Hernals - nicht zu touristisch, aber mit guter Anbindung an die Innenstadt. Die Wohnung war mit allen wichtigen Dingen ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und die Gastgeberin Felicitas hat immer hilfsbereit und schnell auf Fragen geantwortet. Gerne wieder!

Gute öffentliche Verbindung. Gemütliche kleine garten. Bei Höhe hitze war angenehme Temperatur in der Wohnung. Ausstattung ist nicht mehr neu, war aber alles sehr sauber!!! Wie wir rein gekommen sind hat nach gekochtes gerochen, mit ständiges lüften und raumduft war dann größteils weg. Alles in allem zufrieden

I had a wonderful stay at Salvatore's place in Vienna! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was great, allowing me to easily explore the city while being in a really peaceful area. Salvatore was an outstanding host—responsive, helpful, and always available to answer any questions i had. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Vienna!

I had a great time staying at Ali’s place with my mom and sister! The apartment was wonderful, and we particularly liked the location, included breakfast (which was excellent), and extra half bath. Ali was also able to provide early check-in, which we greatly appreciated. Since the photos were taken, nice, new curtains have been added to all of the windows. The only other thing to note is that this apartment is up three flights of stairs, which we were aware of from other reviews. Going up any stairs with heavy luggage is always going to be somewhat unpleasant, but the stairs for this apartment are at least not uncomfortably tight or steep. We’d gladly stay again!

Nun waren wir schon zum zweiten Mal in Svetlanas Wohnung zu Gast und haben uns sofort wieder wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist mit Geschmack eingerichtet, vom Wohnzimmer bis zum urgemütlichen Bett und ruhig.Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und in der Umgebung findet man Supermärkte, Bäcker, Eisdiele Buchladen etc. fußläufig, sowie Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestellen. Wir waren 2 Wochen in Svetlanas Ferienwohnung und hatten dort in Wien ein zweites Zuhause auf Zeit. So macht es Freude Wien zu erkunden bzw. wiederzusehen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das gemütliche Appartement ist Teil von Wolfgsngs Wohnung, was ungezwungene Kontakt möglich macht. Durch den separaten Eingang ist gleichzeitig Rückzug und Privatissime gewährleistet. Perfekt. Durch die hervorragenden Fenster bleibt jeder Straßenlärm draußen, der Balkon lädt zur Mitbenutzung ein. Besonderes Highlite: Ein gemütliches Doppel-Hochbett. Dusche und WC sind blitzsauber, funktionieren bestens. Durch die lockere Glastür-/Vorhangabtrennung am besten für 2 sich nahestehende Menschen geeignet. Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen, Bim direkt vorm Haus. Die Umgebung lädt zum Bummeln und Entdecken, Einkaufen (großartig der Brunnenmarkt), Erkunden und Genießen (Yppenplatz) ein. Jederzeit kommen wir gerne wieder.

Amazing stay at Elisabeth's place. I was in town for a month, working remotely and visiting friends in Vienna. Check-in was a breeze, and Elisabeth accommodated my early arrival after an overnight flight to Vienna from the US. The apartment was clean, modern, and exactly matched the photos and description. It was also a great value. I was a little worried about noise from the busy road and train outside before I arrived, but the apartment was well insulated and quiet. The close proximity to the metro was a great benefit as well. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wants a quiet, liveable apartment in one of the best neighborhoods in the city. Most of my friends in Vienna also live in the 7th district. For those unaware, it's kind of the place to be.

Apartamento muy bien ubicado, a escasos minutos del centro de la ciudad. Está muy bien cuidado, luminoso, no le falta detalle, desde utensilios en la cocina, hasta gel/champú en el baño. Rainer cuida hasta el último detalle. Está muy pendiente de sus huéspedes. Se interesa que estemos bien. No hay ascensor, pero es un primero y no hay muchas escaleras. Recomendable 100%

Everything as described and matched the photos. Location is great. Less than 10 mins walk to metro and shops. I would highly recommend this place.

Die Unterkunft war super angebunden und in der direkten Umgebung gibt es nette Cafés und Restaurants. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und es war alles Nötige vorhanden. Der Check-In war sehr unkompliziert und die Kommunikation lief super! :)

Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut an die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Man ist innerhalb einer halben Stunde im Stadtzentrum. Die meisten Zeit war es sehr ruhig, sodass man abends das Fenster offen lassen konnte. Das Check-in hat super funktioniert und auch beim Check Out hat alles geklappt. Astrid ist sehr lieb und freundlich. Wir haben sie beim einchecken nicht getroffen, aber sie kam extra nochmal im Laufe unseren Aufenthalts und hat sich bei uns vorgestellt. Kann die Wohnung weiterempfehlen!

Nice lived in flat in a good location with plenty of local amenities nearby as well as good links to Vienna centre. We were running late on the day and Filip was very responsive and accommodating in terms of our check in time. Filip’s mum greeted us at check in and was very welcoming and friendly! The flat was spotless and the free food in the fridge and the coffee capsules were a lovely touch. We really appreciated it after a long day travelling! Overall the flat has everything you need, is very clean and quiet. Well equipped kitchen. The decor is somewhat dated so you will not have a fancy tv or aircon but that didn’t put us off at all. Overall we would recommend this flat to anyone coming to Vienna for a few days

What a great spot to base yourself in Vienna. Easy access to the subway, trams and even easy walking to many places. Christians apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. cosy, quiet and secure.

Es war eine großartige Entscheidung, diese Behausung im 17. Stock zu nehmen! Ganz toller Blick, alles was man braucht, der Pool ist fantastisch! Die Anbindung zur U3 ist fussläufig gut zu erreichen! Even war super hilfsbereit und gut zu erreichen! Die Wohnung ist mit den wichtigsten Dingen ausgestattet! Wir waren begeistert, auch unsere 80-jährige Mama!

Even’s place was really comfortable for 4 people. Also we travelled with our dog, and the building is really dog friendly, there is a small garden on the 2nd floor that you can use. The view from the balcony was really nice. Also there is a parking log on a walking distance that you can leave your car for a very affordable price. It’s not close to center but everything is 15-20mins away by subway. We enjoyed our time and recommend it. Also Even was really responsible. Overall, good experience.

Andie is one of the most responsive hosts I have dealt with on AirBNB. She definitely wants to make sure her guests have a great stay. We had a car so the secure garage parking was a great benefit but the best part about this place is the VIEW! It’s so amazing!!!! It was too cold to use the pool but guests coming in the summer will love it. Grocery in the building was great for snacks and it was a super easy walk to the U-Bahn for a quick ride to the center. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Vienna. Highly recommend!

Ne-am simtit minunat! Gazde foarte primitoare, iar locatia este excelenta, fiind la 3-4 minite de gara, iar de acolo in 15 min am ajuns in Viena. Apartamentul are o gradina superba si este aproape de padure. Cel mai mare plus au fost cei doi huski superbi si iubitori. Cu siguranta as reveni!☺️

Alles war bestens – ein großes Dankeschön an die Gastgeberin für ihre Flexibilität und Spontanität! Sie hat uns sogar einen späten Check-In um 0:00 Uhr ermöglicht, was wirklich nicht selbstverständlich ist. Auch ein späterer Check-Out wäre möglich gewesen, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und hatte wirklich alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Das Bett war gemütlich, und man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top: Im Gebäude selbst gibt es einen Billa sowie mehrere Restaurants, was extrem praktisch ist. Auch die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut. Der Infinity-Pool auf der 31. Etage war ein Highlight – leider konnten wir ihn wetterbedingt nur kurz nutzen. Die Aussicht aus dem Apartment im 12. Stock ist ebenfalls schön, trotz nähe zu Turm 3. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief jederzeit reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Sehr praktisch gelegenes Appartment, die Wohnung ist in einer sehr schönen Gegend gelegen, Supermarkt, Drogerie und Restaurants liegen direkt um die Ecke. Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und die Wohnung ist auch für Familien groß genug. Die Vermieter waren super nett.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende in der Unterkunft! Es war alles unkompliziert und es sind 2 sehr süße Hasen im Garten. Die Betten waren bequem, das Bad sauber und die Küche gut ausgestattet.

The stay at Anna’s apartment was wonderful! She was an excellent host who communicated all the instructions very well and was so kind. Our 11 month old daughter had everything she needed here and we were so happy to be in a place that felt like a home :) The pool was a beautiful bonus with a breathtaking view of Vienna! We would love to come back again!
