Lovely, quiet place in Thessaloniki, in the middle of the web of nice alleys in the upper city. Restaurants, supermarket, and historical highlights within walking distance. Dimitris and his mother are super nice and helpful hosts! In short, a perfect place, also for a longer stay!

Good news for motorcycle travelers - there is safe parking in the yard. The apartments are many times better than in the photo, very clean, everything is in pleasant, calm colors. There was a very pleasant smell in every room, as well as on the linen and towels. Excellent air conditioning and hot water in the shower. The kitchen has everything, we prepared food, everything is clean, comfortable, all the utensils are available. Comfortable bed, quiet area, so we had a good night's sleep. A very important detail is that there are nets on the windows. Sunny balcony with beautiful views of the well-kept garden. There are decent supermarkets in the area, and the center is 7 minutes by taxi. The owner is in touch via messenger and always helped, a very friendly and pleasant girl. с помощью камеры. Our thanks to Eleni for this lovely apartment and her great communication. We didn't realise on booking just how nice a street and good a central location this was! 2 restaurants in our side street both great and the lovely Gallerias palace excavations in the square below. The apartment was quiet although in a vibrant area, and is light and spacious as per photos. Everything works well and it has everything we needed. Eleni's comms were great - super-quick replies and her blog is really helpful. We used one of the o/n parking garages round the corner that she suggested and the left luggage lockers on Egnatia on our last day as taking a late flight. These are just along the road from the airport bus stop (01X - great). You can buy bus tickets at the general shop called 'For All' which is along the road (turn left out of Apellou) on the next corner. I will definitely recommend this apartment and Eleni to any friends visiting Thessaloniki.

This was my fourth stay at this wonderful flat in Thermi/Thessaloniki, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The apartment is always immaculately clean, and it's clear that the owner goes the extra mile to keep everything in perfect condition — it truly feels like a brand-new space every time I arrive. The decoration is tasteful and modern, with a great attention to detail that creates a calm, welcoming atmosphere. One of my favorite features is the balcony — it’s spacious, peaceful, and the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee or relax in the evening. The flat is quiet, comfortable, and very well-equipped, with everything you might need during your stay. Communication with the host is always smooth, professional, and friendly. I’ve returned four times for a reason — it’s simply one of the best places to stay in the area. I can’t recommend it highly enough, and I’ll definitely be back again!

Everything was perfect!!!

The apartment is well located, very central. There are bars and restaurants in a walkable distance, and for this reason it’s not a quiet place. Not suitable for light sleepers but when the windows and door are closed you almost don’t hear the noises from outside - happy for the air conditioning, which worked well. Everything was good. We stayed 2 nights in Thessaloniki. Overall a good and pleasant stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Panayiota’s apartment. Despite being located in a busy street, we appreciated the quietness of the apartment, as well as every other aspect of it (including the bed which was very comfortable). Everything you may need is just a few steps away from the apartment. The waterfront is just 10 minutes away walking, which made this place even more perfect. 100% recommended!

We just had an incredible stay at Maria's Airbnb, and we highly recommend it! From the moment we arrived, Maria's warm hospitality and friendliness made us feel right at home. The house is located in a stunning area with breathtaking views of the Hagia Sophia, which truly amazed us. The stylishly decorated space is full of character, and the lovely balconies made it difficult to leave; we often found ourselves wanting to relax and soak in the scenery instead of going out to bars or tavernas. It’s these little touches and the beautiful ambiance that remind you why Airbnb is such a special option, especially when a growing number of properties fail to justify their prices on the platform. In contrast, we couldn't have asked for a better experience here. We felt that it truly surpassed what many hotels could offer, providing a genuine home away from home.

This was a great reminder of how big of a difference an experienced, caring host makes. Ioanna immediately made me feel welcome and created a space that is warm and well-equipped. It was less than half an hour walk to the waterfront and there are several great places to visit nearby. I would certainly stay here again. Great experience and a great value. Definitely recommend!

Great comfort appartment

Well located, clean comfortable appartment with easy lock box check-in and checkout.

We stay there as two friends for a long weekend to see Thessaloniki and to relax at some nearby beach clubs. The accommodation is lovely, beds are comfortable, bath was small, but big enough for us two and every very clean. There were plenty of good restaurants around and all spots could be reached within a max 15 minutes walk. Would recommend it to everyone who has the same plans we had. Parking is difficult in the city, but there some spaces around to park for money.

We booked the place as three friends and each had their own bedroom. At check-in, we were expected in front of the accommodation and everything worked out great. The hosts were always available to us with questions and always helped us, such as the question of where the nearest supermarket is. The view from the roof terrace is indescribably beautiful. The entire apartment was very clean and there was enough of everything. When we entered the apartment, sweets and water were ready. We would book again anytime. We thank you for the great hospitality and the great stay.

The BnB is located at a perfect location, close to the city centre and also to the old town. It was well equipped and clean. The communication was excellent. A small remark is the soft mattress and the noisy playground of the school (it did not bother us though).

Absolutely stunning apartment on the top floor of a 3 story building with the most amazing sea views one can lavish in. This corner apartment is very spacious and airy with a super comfortable bed and linens, a great open kitchen with all appliances and the most amazing wrap around balcony literally a stones throw away from the sandy beach and clean sea. There is a cafe underneath with soft music in afternoons but now in May it was very quiet (which might not be the case for the summer). I loved sleeping and waking to the sound of nothing but the waves. It was a true blessing. Thank you for having me Elena!
