Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Polichni

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Dimitris Unterkunft. Sehr schönes Haus und tolle Einrichtung, alles war sehr sauber. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, fast dörflich und man hat einen tollen Ausblick über die Stadt. Unser Highlight: den Sonnenuntergang auf der Stadtmauer genießen. Außerdem gab es sehr gute Tavernen in der Nähe. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen :))

Katerina & Andreas m'ont accueilli chaleureusement et m'ont attendu malgré le retard de mon vol. La maisonnette est super, très bien décorée, avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Une fois les fenêtres fermées, on n'entend rien de dehors. Le logement est situé à côté d'une supérette et non loin d'une boulangerie (à pieds), et est à 10-15min de l'aéroport (sans qu'on ne soit dérangé par les avions). Arrivant tard, je leur avais demandé s'ils étaient d'accord pour me laisser quelque chose pour le petit déjeuner moyennant supplément, et ils m'ont laissé de quoi manger dans le frigo. Je recommande à 100%, on se sent comme à la maison, je reviendrais avec plaisir 😊

דירה נחמדה מאוד. בית קרקע בשכונה טובה יחסית שיש בה המון מסעדות, בתי קפה וסופרמרקטים.

Die Unterkunft war super und der Host sehr freundlich sowie eine top Kommunikation. Die Lage ist nicht gut geeignet für Familien mit kleinen Kindern oder gehbehinderten Personen, da die Gehwege nicht existent, zugeparkt oder voll mit Müll waren. Dir Wohnung ist mit Kinderwagen und Koffern schlecht zugänglich, da zwei enge Treppen hochführen. Insgesamt also alles gut, solange man gut zu Fuß ist.

House is clean and spacious, very safe and beautiful neighbourhood. Host is great, very friendly and communicative. Big plus the cool breeze at night! Thank you for hosting us!

Υπέροχα όλα και ότι πρέπει για δύο άτομα! Η οικοδεσπότης φοβερή κοπέλα και απαντούσε πάντα σε ό,τι και αν χρειαζόμασταν. Θα το ξανά προτιμήσω φυσικά και την ευχαριστώ πολύ !!!

The apartment was as described. it was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend it. quick walk to the sea and local restaurants.

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

Terrific location - great restaurants, grocery shops and cafés, made friends with all kinds of people, went on some nice walks around the urban area. Eleni is an amazing host, always thoughtful and responsive. Her guide books were easy to use, full of her personal recommendations and enthusiastic annotations by guests! Very clean and comfortable flat. We mostly self-catered and had no problem finding everything we needed at the shops right across the road. There are insect screens at all of the external doors and windows, full blackout shutters, air conditioning and doors out onto a narrow balcony wrapping around the flat. Plentiful hot water, perfect shower pressure and even a filter on the kitchen tap, so no need to buy bottled water. We had to work during part of our stay - the Wi-Fi speed is fine for downloading email but not quick enough for video calls. There is a nice desk in the corner as a dedicated workspace. All worked well. We hope to return very soon!

This was my fourth stay at this wonderful flat in Thermi/Thessaloniki, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The apartment is always immaculately clean, and it's clear that the owner goes the extra mile to keep everything in perfect condition — it truly feels like a brand-new space every time I arrive. The decoration is tasteful and modern, with a great attention to detail that creates a calm, welcoming atmosphere. One of my favorite features is the balcony — it’s spacious, peaceful, and the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee or relax in the evening. The flat is quiet, comfortable, and very well-equipped, with everything you might need during your stay. Communication with the host is always smooth, professional, and friendly. I’ve returned four times for a reason — it’s simply one of the best places to stay in the area. I can’t recommend it highly enough, and I’ll definitely be back again!

Ευχαριστούμε για την τόσο φιλόξενη διαμονή. Πολύ περιποιημένος χώρος, όλες οι ανέσεις στο σπίτι για οικογένεια με τρία παιδιά και πολύ εξυπηρετικός οικοδεσπότης ο κύριος Κώστας. Αν βρεθούμε ξανά στη Θεσσαλονίκη θα επανέλθουμε.

We really enjoyed our stay at Panayiota’s apartment. Despite being located in a busy street, we appreciated the quietness of the apartment, as well as every other aspect of it (including the bed which was very comfortable). Everything you may need is just a few steps away from the apartment. The waterfront is just 10 minutes away walking, which made this place even more perfect. 100% recommended!

everything i expected from the description, very comfortable for a solo traveler, could probably host 2 as well. Kitchen was comprehensive and AC and washer were very nice to have as well.

We just had an incredible stay at Maria's Airbnb, and we highly recommend it! From the moment we arrived, Maria's warm hospitality and friendliness made us feel right at home. The house is located in a stunning area with breathtaking views of the Hagia Sophia, which truly amazed us. The stylishly decorated space is full of character, and the lovely balconies made it difficult to leave; we often found ourselves wanting to relax and soak in the scenery instead of going out to bars or tavernas. It’s these little touches and the beautiful ambiance that remind you why Airbnb is such a special option, especially when a growing number of properties fail to justify their prices on the platform. In contrast, we couldn't have asked for a better experience here. We felt that it truly surpassed what many hotels could offer, providing a genuine home away from home.

Και ο Σταυρος αλλά και το σπιτι ηταν πολύ φιλοξενα. Αισθανθικαμε αμέσως σαν το σπίτι μας και χαρήκαμε τον ολοκαίνουργιο χώρο. Κουζίνα πληρέστατη με πολλά έξτρα, δεν χρειάστηκε να αγοράσουμε τόποτα,

Ήταν ολα τέλεια σε μια άριστη τοποθεσία και άριστη επικοινωνία με την ιδιοκτήτρια!!! το συνιστώ!!!

The noise from the street and from the neighbours could be heard but if you have earbuds or doesn’t mind everything else is great. The host answered quickly and apartment had everything you could possibly need.

Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Es war alles wirklich sehr sauber und die große Dachterrasse war auch sehr praktisch. In der Gegend findet man alles was man benötigt. Das Zentrum erreicht man gut, an der Promenade entlang, in etwas weniger als 1 Stunde zu Fuß. Ich hatte eine schöne Zeit und kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Estivermos no apartamento de Korinna por quase 3 meses e foi absolutamente perfeito. O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos, tem tudo que se pode precisar para cozinhar. As roupas de cama e banho, em quantidade, eram de excelente qualidade. A localização não podia se melhor, a uma quadra da orla e a duas quadras da centralíssima praça Aristotelius, com grande quantidade de mercados, bares e restaurantes ao redor. O contato com Korinna foi extremamente fácil e rápido. A mãe de Korinna, Eva, foi de uma gentileza impar e nos brindou com um maravilhoso doce típico de Tessalônica por ocasião da Páscoa ! Quando retornarmos a Tessalônica esperamos poder ficar hospedados novamente nesse ótimo apartamento.

This is a real find; a quiet spot in a busy city but only a 15-20 minute walk away from the main streets. Communication was excellent throughout. We were met by the hostess, who was lovely and friendly, and was very helpful. We were directed to the parking space and then left to get on with it which was great. We received some great recommendations and the apartment was super clean and so comfortable. We cannot recommend this enough!

Wir haben die Wohnung zu zweit genossen (passt aber auch perfekt zu viert). Die Kommunikation mit Eva war super sympathisch. Die Lage der Wohnung perfekt und einiges zu entdecken in und um Thessaloniki.

Πολύ φιλικός οικοδεσπότης, βοηθητικός και κυρίως πρόθυμος να εξυπηρετήσει! Το διαμέρισμα μας άρεσε πολύ και νιώσαμε πολύ όμορφα στο χώρο. Εύκολα προσβάσιμο με λεωφορείο, κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης (μόνο 15 λεπτά περπάτημα). Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα!
