El piso de Patricia tiene una localización excelente para moverte por Gijón sin tener que depender de vehículo, con la playa y toda la zona de vinos a un paso. la limpieza ha sido excelente y a de mas nos facilito donde poder aparcar el coche justo al lado. la comunicación muy sencilla y ya estado en todo momento atenta a lo que pudiéramos necesitar. Alojamiento recomendable 100x100!

Ha sido una buena estancia en este duplex situado muy cerca del corazon del Oviedo antiguo. Destacamos la limpieza y el orden del apartamento asi como las vistas. Quizas la unica pega, aunque sin mayor problema es el ruido de la escalera de madera que lleva a las estancias superiores, pero repito, nada excluyente para escoger este lugar para pasar unos dias en Oviedo. Muy bien y atenta la anfitriona. Todo perfecto y muy recomendable.

Al apartamento no le falta ni un sólo detalle en todos los aspectos: cama, cocina, aseo... está decorado muy moderno y tiene de todo lo que puedas necesitar. Es cómodo y elegante... y todo nuevo. Nos sentimos como en casa! Elena nos dió muchas recomendaciones para ir a restaurantes locales, el piso estaba impecable, súper acogedor y lleno de detalles. Las vistas son increíbles y además hay un parking cubierto a 1 minuto caminando. El barrio además de bonito es divertido, lleno de sidrerías. Sin duda alguna volveremos si regresamos a Gijón.

Das Apartment befindet sich in einer ausgezeichneten Lage und bietet direkten Zugang zum Strand. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es tolle Geschäfte, Restaurants und cervecerías. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man das Stadtzentrum. Wir hatten einen direkten Kontakt mit dem Verantwortlichen, der uns empfangen hat, um uns den Schlüssel zu geben und uns das Haus zu zeigen. Seine Anweisungen waren treffend und hilfreich. Das Haus war blitzsauber und roch frisch und angenehm. Das Internet war ziemlich schnell und wir fanden die Auswahl der Smart-TV im Schlafzimmer sehr gut. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!

Pilar fue muy amable desde el primer momento. nos facilitó la recogida y devolución de las llaves ya que preveíamos llegar a últimas horas del día y marcharnos temprano por la mañana. Se preocupó por como iba todo durante el fin de semana. Y el piso además de muy bonito y cuidado, estaba aseado, ordenado y no le faltaba nada. Las camas muy cómodas, la cocina completísima y todo funcionando perfectamente. La ubicación es estupenda en una zona llena de restaurantes y sidrerías. Seguramente repetiremos ya que está muy cerca de nuestra familia. Un diez de diez y 100% recomendable.

Carlos es una persona excepcional, muy buena comunicación con él y pendiente de que todo estuviera a nuestro gusto. Nos recibió con una botella de sidra y unos casavielles. El apartamento tal y como se muestra en las fotos estaba impecable. Nosotros viajamos mucho y nos alojamos en muchos apartamentos y es la primera vez que nos encontramos un apartamento limpio, una cocina, limpia, el baño impecable y muchos detallitos, es de agradecer la verdad. La zona donde está ubicado el piso es una zona residencial tranquila y hemos podido descansar.Tienes de todo alrededor alimerka, Carrefour express, farmacia. Además te deja estar con tu perrito y va con plaza de garaje.

Ana Rosa ha estado atenta desde el primer momento y se ha implicado en que podamos disfrutar al máximo posible de nuestra estancia, haciendo recomendaciones de zonas que visitar y facilitando la salida flexible.

Really enjoyed my stay, the whole experience was so positive. From check in with Pilar, who was very kind and helped me with questions I had and recommended places I might like. The flat has a very calm atmosphere and is a pleasant retreat to return to after exploring Gijon, amazing views. Very central also so you can get everywhere quickly and the neighbourhood is interesting and lively by day. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Will and Pilar!

La casa está muy bien ubicada, cerca del centro, a 10 minutos andando del puerto. Está totalmente reformada, es idéntica a cómo se muestra en las fotos. Hay un supermercado justo al lado, una panadería.. El tener garaje es un alivio porque sería muy complicado poder aparcar en la calle.. A mí me ha gustado mucho y he estado muy agusto.

Le doy 5 estrellas al apartamento de Cesar porque no hay mas estrellas. El apartamento es una belleza, super limpio y con todo lo que uno necesita para una estancia amena. Cesar nos dejo cositas para desayunar y ricos chocolates. Todo limpio e impecable. El edificio muy tranquilo, nunca vimos a otro inquilino. El apartamento esta a 20 minutos caminando de la parte historica de la ciudad. Recomendare el apartamento de Cesar a todos mis amigos y familiares.
