Nice and central apartment. Fully renovated and located a 5-minute walk from Paseo de Begoña, Calle Corrida and Teatro Jovellanos. Perfect to travel around our city without the need to use the car. San Lorenzo Beach, is a 10 minute walk to the home. This apartment, clean and modern, has everything you need for a comfortable stay from which to discover this beautiful city. Fully furnished. Great beachfront apartment!! Very nice ocean view. Nice in summer and quiet in winter. The direct view and the sound of the sea provide a lot of calm. Ideal for couples, couples with a baby (baby services included) and also for families with 2 children. Perfect for enjoying a few pleasant days in Asturias. Water sports in summer and beach walks in winter.

VUT 1112 AS 40m2 apartment, totally renovated in April 2023. One minute walk from San Lorenzo beach and overlooking Isabel la Católica Park.
