Rosa and her husband are the gorgeous hosts. The place is a wonder: the house and its location are perfect for those of us who are looking for tranquility and to disconnect. I have already chosen the Llosa de Fombona two years in a row for my vacation.. I will definitely be back!

The apartment is very spacious, with very comfortable beds and a cute fireplace to sit and watch the fire. The area is beautiful and quiet. It would be nice if the grill was covered, because unfortunately we were hit by rainy days and we couldn't use it. This would not be an issue in itself, but please note that the house does not have an oven, so only the hob with two cooking burners remains. Finally, for the more friolentos of the group the house can be something fresh.

In the middle of nature, a very good place to relax. Communication with Faustino was simple and quick.

Cozy place in rural area. 10 minutes from Cangas de Onis center. Great host. Very comfortable. I would book it again.

We went for a weekend, and choosing this place couldn't have been more successful! I think the house is perfect, both in terms of aesthetics and performance. Nacho and Patricia's treatment and welcome are spectacular! Adapting to our schedules and caring, even when we gave 10 minutes' notice before we wanted to eat something from their bar! It was a pleasure staying at Marga's! She and Miguel were super friendly and helpful. The house is very well located, there are many green areas around and the cities are also quite close. The house itself is very cozy and the truth is that the garden and terrace are perfect for disconnecting without leaving the house.

The house was spotless, very clean and with a delicious aroma. The owner was super friendly and approachable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A perfect place to rest and unwind. I would repeat without hesitation!

Noelia is a fantastic host. The refrigerator wasn’t working when we arrived. She immediately arranged a brand new one the following day, meanwhile she arranged for us to put our stuff in the fridge next door. The location was perfect for surfing, Ribadisella and Vega beach close by. Also mountain walking in Picos at your doorstep. The house has a perfect lay-out. Cosy and warm with enough wood for the fire place. The only ‘small’ drawback was the many smelly sticks with (in my opinion) horrible stink throughout the house. But we immediately put those outside. Thanks Noelia. Hopefully we’ll be back sometime.

Everything is perfect to completely disconnect

It's the perfect place to disconnect with friends for a few days. The house is in perfect condition, and very well equipped. A very quiet and conveniently located place for sightseeing, although access is complicated. Eulalia was very attentive from the start and helped us get to the house on the first day so that our arrival wasn't so complicated. The house is great and the service is a 10. Wonderful views.

A perfect choice for those seeking tranquility and a connection with nature. The house is exactly as described in the listing, with photos true to reality. Access to the village, although challenging due to the steep ascent, is quiet thanks to the good road infrastructure. Upon arrival, we are presented with breathtaking landscapes, both from the house and around the village, which enchant at every look. The host was extremely attentive, always available and quick to answer our questions. Although there is no fixed internet and the mobile signal is almost nonexistent in the house, this proved to be a positive point for us. We were prepared and brought music and movies, which gave us a special and disconnected Christmas, taking full advantage of the moment and the magical place.

A very cozy stay :) Irene and her mother Carmen were wonderful hosts, very helpful and kind! The place was wonderful with a great outdoor space, view of the mountains from the bedroom, and an overall wonderful house. I would definitely stay again, thanks for everything.

A beautiful single-family home that tastefully combines traditional and modern elements, with all kinds of amenities. Special mention to the space to eat under the barn. The host was very attentive, facilitating the whole process and even providing us with a guide to places of interest that is great for organizing leisure activities during the stay. As a retired British couple, staying for 6 nights we found this place very pleasant, comfortable and well laid out. It is well off the usual tourist route I think, and so to a British person, it is very 'Spanish' which we liked. The coast and a great local beach are within walking distance of the place but it is set in green fields all around so is peaceful. It is also well placed for visiting the various museums, Botanical Gardens and city attractions in Gijon and around. We had a great stay.

We had a wonderful time at Merly and Bruce’s gorgeous house. The house was very clean and tidy. The surroundings are breathtaking and only a few minutes away by car from Villaviciosa. They gave us many great recommendations and were very attentive overall! If you want to cook, remember to bring all that is needed with you, as there is nothing besides cooking instruments (no salt, pepper, oil…). Would highly recommend this amazing place! I spent three days at Pedro's house with my family (8 adults and a baby). The stay was great. The house has everything you need. Large rooms, with a private bathroom and very comfortable. Very quiet setting with mountain and ocean views. The hosts are very friendly and easy to communicate with.

We were looking for a little house to stay for a few days in Asturias with our babies and it was indeed the best choice of all. First of all, I would like to highlight the kindness and attention of Joaquín and Beatriz, always aware of the smallest detail. They left everything ready, taking into account the children, the impeccable cleanliness, the incredible views, and we had the opportunity to meet the neighbors, wonderful people who always welcomed us with a smile. It has been an unforgettable vacation and part of it has been thanks to this home that we will always remember fondly. We left very happy and eager to return!

Very attentive, everything was very good, the area is very nice and has all the amenities. Highly recommended for a rural getaway and to disconnect. Total flexibility for check-in and Enrique is a very good person, he tried to make everything go as well as possible and that is appreciated.
