We had a wonderful stay at Therese's holiday home. The views are amazing, we loved the area, it's a small village 10 mins drive up the mountain from Morbegno. Therese is a fantastic host. We look forward to returning and spending more time there.

The communication with Paola and her daughter was very personable and you supported us with all questions. Checking in and out was also straightforward. The very clean and well maintained apartment in all areas is on the first floor of a beautifully renovated house. It is right on a road and who cares about peace and quiet should know this, as rush hour traffic can be heard about 5:30 in the morning. Due to the location on the mountain, a car is recommended, but the lake can be reached in about 15 minutes. The car can be parked in a garage with direct access to the apartment. The apartment is spacious, tastefully furnished. It offers a balcony, a terrace and also a small piece of garden with a wonderful view of the valley. We felt very comfortable and welcome.

Beautiful house and absolute tranquility with a beautiful landscape to admire as soon as you wake up. At night if the sky is clear you will see a beautiful star. Parking a few steps from the house, if you are with two large cars you will have difficulty with some maneuvers, but in itself it is feasible. I warn everyone that to get to the meeting point, if you go from Morbegno continue the climb to Dazio, avoid the left turn with the seemingly one-way road. Avoid a fairly uncomfortable street for those who can't maneuver in narrow spaces.

We booked at the last minute to spend one night away from the chaos of the city... We found Simona and Massimo's apartment perfect, everything was taken care of in detail. The house thanks to the information provided was easy to find and no problem with check-in. The area is comfortable if you only move by car, we went to neighboring countries on the advice of the host and we were amazed by the beauty of the place. Really nice Mrs. Simona towards us who was more than available and treated us beautifully. I really recommend going there!
