Monthly Rentals in Point Mugu

Kenneth's condo made our stay in Camarillo relaxing, comfortable, and convenient. The balcony view is spectacular. The bed is totally comfy. The TV was huge and very easy to work with. Two minor complaints: quite difficult to use the shower, and the quality of water was not good. Kenneth can do something about the first one - change to a walk-in shower or, at the very least, put up at least one grab bar. However, the quality of water is out of his control. We bought a lot of bottled water during our stay. Still, we are eager to return to this lovely accommodation!

We had an outstanding experience with Carlos and Rosa! They were incredibly flexible and always went above and beyond to accommodate our client's needs, even at short notice. Their reliability and commitment to following through on every promise made the process seamless and stress-free. What stood out most was their genuine dedication to valuing community—it’s clear they care deeply about creating positive experiences for everyone they work with. We highly recommend this host and look forward to working with them again in the future!

Julie’s place was better than the photos even, very peaceful and felt very safe. Julie was also super friendly, accommodating and responsive!
