Monthly Rentals in Point Mugu Beach

Kenneth's condo made our stay in Camarillo relaxing, comfortable, and convenient. The balcony view is spectacular. The bed is totally comfy. The TV was huge and very easy to work with. Two minor complaints: quite difficult to use the shower, and the quality of water was not good. Kenneth can do something about the first one - change to a walk-in shower or, at the very least, put up at least one grab bar. However, the quality of water is out of his control. We bought a lot of bottled water during our stay. Still, we are eager to return to this lovely accommodation!

The house was absolutely gorgeous and spotless! Exactly as described and so comfortable! There were no deceiving pictures, everything was as promised. Host was friendly and helpful. Very spacious! This was a wonderful experience and totally recommend it!!

This was our second stay here and it was once again perfect for our family of 4’s needs. My full review from Aug 2023 outlines why, but in summary Viviana’s place is quiet, clean, comfortable and cosy. Thank you for hosting us!

Had a wonderful time staying at Andrew‘s studio. Super peaceful and close to town, but also feels like you are tucked away. The layout is nice. As well as the communication was great. Our stay in Westlake Village was terrific!
