Monthly Rentals in Point Brittany

Dan's place was great and was true to the what was advertised on AirBnB. The view is absolutely the highlight of this place!!! Water views from every window. From the balcony we had 180 degree water views! We never got tired of looking out at the water. We didn't utilize the balcony as much as we wanted as the chairs there were low to the ground and uncomfortable. The condo was very clean when we arrived and linens were provided and in great condition. The master bath was great and it was a huge plus to have the extra 1/2 bath in the living area. The kitchen was well equipped but felt it was lacking some necessities for a 30 minimum rental. I had bought a couple of my own pans for cooking so wasn't a huge issue for me. From the kitchen the views were amazing so you could watch the water while cooking and doing dishes. Overall we loved our stay at Dan's place. It worked out better than we could have hoped for and will hopefully be back for another stay.

Elena is an A+ host. She was responsive and friendly from the time we reserved the condo until we left. We hope to come back next year. Thank you, Elena!

I stayed for one month and it was so peaceful and the condo was very nicely decorated, clean and the perfect size. If I had problems either Tim or Kourtney were always available to help me out. The sunrises were amazing from the balcony. Loved that the access to the parking lot was so close to the condo door and there is also a temporary parking spot for unloading. What a lovely couple these two are, they know what it takes to make renting a place work. Look forward to coming back. Communication was excellent. Thanks Kourtney and Tim. You are appreciated.
