Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Pognana Lario

Everything about the house was wonderful. The only thing I would caution is if you don’t have a car and you have difficulty walking, it is not an easy place to get to. I will say it got easier each day. The bus was very convenient getting around once you get down the hill.

Thank Serenella for hosting us. The apartment was pristine, view was beautiful, basket was full of complimentary items. Anyone that needs some time to collect themselves and be away from civilizition and think things through, this is the spot! Thanks again .

Absolutely beautiful! The view is extraordinary and the Airbnb is clean with good utensils in the kitchen. Davide and Kerry also gave really fast answers. Amazing!

Andreas place is great. Extremely clean and tidy. Had everything we needed for our stay in lake como. The view is stunning. It’s also in a good location. Great host, very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend. Only thing to note is dervio is a 15/20min walk for the nearest trains and busses which we didn’t mind as enjoy walking.

Eros and Daniel were the most incredible hosts. The house was beautiful, spotless, and felt like a true escape. Fresh towels and sheets, no bugs, and the private garden with lake views was absolutely stunning. We were walking distance to amazing restaurants, a market, a local bar, and a gelateria with some of the best gelato we’ve ever had. It was also an easy cab ride to Bellagio to catch the ferry to Tremezzo. Eros and Daniel went above and beyond for us. At one point we couldn’t figure out how to turn the stove off and they arrived within minutes to help. Their kindness and care made this one of the best stays we’ve ever had. We wish we could have stayed longer. This was a perfect experience in every way. 10 out of 10.

Paola met us for check in and was extremely helpful from the moment we booked the trip even after checkout when our plane ride to Milan cancelled last minute she helped us find new transportation. The space is beautiful and close to everything!

Emanuele is a great host that communicates promptly and clearly. the penthouse has, as advertised, the greatest views of lake Como. We spent 3 out of the 4 evenings of our stay, at the veranda, with food and a bottle of wine, completely absorbed by the views. the drive from Como to Brunate and back is through (at times) a narrow road but even SUVs and the public bus service manage to go up and down. parking is easy as the house lies at a secluded cul de sac with amazing views over the lake. all in all we had a great stay and we lived the place. Such a lovely stay at Alice’s air BnB. Firstly, the pictures do not do the view justice - words can’t describe how beautiful the view is. The location is handy as you’re located not too far out from Como and a short bus journey to Bellagio. The air BnB was spacious and the balcony is such a lovely touch for a breakfast in the morning and a relaxed drink at night. Alice has been the best host I’ve had so far, thank you so much. We would absolutely recommend this place and would happily stay again.

Our stay at Claudia’s was nothing short of fabulous - her home was a highlight of our two days in Como. We were so eager to enjoy her patio and view of the city / lake we opted to eat dinner at home both nights of our stay. The home was spacious, beautifully decorated, and Claudia gave us great recommendations to make our time the best possible.

The only thing disappointing is that we did not stay here longer. what a wonderful retreat away from hustle and bustle of the cities. Truly a retreat. We immediately came in dropped our bags and fell asleep on the sun chairs while taking in the peaceful scenery. Do yourself a favor and do not listen to people when they say you can do Lake Como area in 2 days. Stay a while and enjoy the peaceful nature and definitely stay here.

We absolutely loved this place. What more can I say that hasn’t been said? The view is outstanding. You’re very high up the mountain. One morning we there was low lying clouds above the lake … and we were looking down on it from above the clouds. Clean and contemporary design, with a comfortable bed. You’ll need a car! The garage is very tight, so rent a smaller car. And getting there from Varenna involves a drive up a narrow winding road. It was fun drive … for me, at least.

This was one of our favorite apartments yet. Magical!! Pros: the view was stunning. We are active and fit so we didn't mind the steep 10 minute walk up from town to the house. We took advantage of the outdoor table for dining and drinks. We took a half day off from taking the bus to other towns to sightsee, just to relax on the sun loungers in the private side yard. Cons: The listing indicated that cooking basics like olive oil and ground pepper would be there, but they were not. My daughter and I cook at least a few full meals at every Airbnb so this what frustrating for us, especially as we had already been to the grocery store and were starting to cook when we noticed:( Note: We did alert the host about the olive oil but he did not opt to provide us with any. Stefano was wonderful in every other way so this surprised us.

The midwife house is perfect, a truly beautiful place to stay. It has everything you need, and was a lovely touch to arrive with pasta and coffee provided. Ettore was really helpful and answered all our questions so quickly. Can’t recommend it enough!!

This place was perfect for our friend group’s trip! The location was perfect with gorgeous views and the hosts were extremely hospitable even giving us homemade baked goods as a parting gift.

Super charming home with absolutely stunning views of Lake Como better seen in person. The amenities were wonderful and the hosts were so very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Also, be sure to book any transportation ahead of time.

Best way to describe this location is STUNNING! The views are breath taking - more beautiful in person than the photos! We loved our stay - hard to beat having morning coffee & evening wine surrounded by such beauty! The night view when the lights appear is as beautiful as the day view! A car was necessary but well worth it. David was a very responsive and helpful host & we would definitely stay again if we have that opportunity!

Quiet, piecful location, beautiful view, all rooms are clean and tidy, easy communication with the owners, welcoming place, even a choclate treat waited for us :) perfect window covers so it was totally dark when we wanted to sleep weel. highly recommend!

Enrica (AKA Kikka) is a delightful woman who cares about her guests and does everything to make them feel at home. She responded very quickly to any of our questions and needs. She had great suggestions for restaurants, activities and site seeing outings, all listed in an informative book on the kitchen table. The view from the room is magical, almost beyond description, as you look out on to Lake Como both day and especially night! Why this listing is a guest favorite – now we know too 😉 The apartment is the ideal retreat for people who want to relax, but also the starting point for many excursion destinations in the area. The apartment has a fantastic view of the lake, perfect amenities and was very clean. Marta is a great, helpful host who enriched our stay with valuable tips and was always available. We felt at home and time flew by. It's one of the places we'd love to go back to anytime.

We had a wonderful stay in Bellagio and couldn’t have asked for a better host. Alessia was incredibly kind, responsive, and so helpful in planning our visit. She offered great recommendations and made everything feel easy and stress-free. The house itself was absolutely gorgeous, with stunning views, thoughtful touches, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was how she even came to meet us at the ferry and helped with our luggage, which we truly appreciated after a long day of travel. We felt so well taken care of and would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting!

Very nice modern Apartment. The spacious kitchen, the two bathrooms are high quality.Beautiful parquet floor. The sofa is very comfortable. Great view. Great Location. Train Station and Como center are in walking distance. The self check-in worked well. And Claudio was available on the other end of the phone if we needed to communicate. We struggled a bit with noise in the night to begin with, coming from a very quiet place in the countryside. Then we realised we could close the sound-proof windows and put the aircon on.

The communication in advance was very friendly and the check-in was therefore easy and relaxed. We were warmly welcomed when we arrived. The apartment is great and we immediately felt very comfortable. Everything is well thought out and nothing is missing. I have rarely experienced this. We will be happy to come back and I can recommend this place 100%.
