We had a pleasant stay at Fernanda and Roberto's place. The house is as presented on the site, well-equipped and tastefully decorated, ideal for 2 people. The shaded terrace was much appreciated as well as the outdoor shower. Thanks to Fernanda and Roberto for their kindness, responsiveness and all their visiting tips. Tuscany is beautiful and this home is an ideal central point to start discovering this beautiful region. Please note, a vehicle is necessary.

Great apartment. We spent 2 weeks there with our baby and felt very comfortable. We were warmly welcomed by Marco's parents. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. In particular, the kitchen was very well equipped and perfect for cooking. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area. Downtown is about 15 minutes walking. The pine forest and the beach there are about 30 minutes walk via a road with little traffic. The car can be parked right in front of the house on the side of the road. We would definitely book the apartment again and can also recommend it for longer stays.

hu MONTESCUDAIO village is a pearl in the forest. You stay in the comfortable, modern mobile home with all amenities (the mobile home with two separate toilets (have you ever hear about that?))and at the same time you are in the forest where the air is fresh, clean and you hear the chirping of the birds. It is amazing, highly recommend!

Roberta is an extremely available host! The apartment is very nice, the upstairs terrace is really nice, the 2 bedrooms are spacious and beautiful. The apartment has two functional bathrooms. A supermarket a few minutes' drive away allows you to do inexpensive shopping. Free street parking is available, which is a real plus. The area is full of pretty towns to visit. And above all, the train station within walking distance allows you to travel by train and enjoy beautiful scenery. Thank you Roberta for this gem and for your kindness ✨
