Barbara is an extremely professional host. Her apartment was superbly equipped and really clean. We found everything we needed, from kitchen gadgets to sewing needles and umbrellas. There is even a small safe! The view from the balcony is very nice and there are some good walks and hikes in the area. As others have written the place is a bit hard to reach (up a steep mountain) and its best to bring all the food you will need!

If you are really looking for peace and quiet, you can find it in this place. No cars or other sounds except those of nature. We had the good fortune to see a really great starry sky.

We had a fantastic stay at Alenka’s place! From the moment we arrived, she was very kind, welcoming, making us feel right at home. She ensured we had everything we needed, and her local recommendations were spot on. The apartment was cozy, clean and perfectly located. It’s surrounded by stunning nature. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, this is the perfect base. Alenka is a truly exceptional host, and we’re so grateful for her warmth and hospitality.

Branko’s place was in the heart of Slovenia; we were close to Bled, Bohinj, Škofja Loka., Ljubljana, and Most na Soci. The village itself was SO quiet, there were trails close by, and the drive to and from was so beautiful. Branko’s place itself was amazing! We only thought we were staying in a typical studio, but it came with so much more! The room was so equipped, from kitchen equipment, to a stocked fridge, to a stocked pantry. It was absolutely perfect! And finally, Branko was SO helpful with restaurants and things to do, and so happy to explain everything and everywhere to go. We could not recommend this place enough.
