L’appartamento è un carino monolocale non distante dal centro di Fiume, anche se la posizione alta potrebbe non renderlo comodo per tutte le tipologie di utenti. Barbara è una host gentile e puntuale. Noi ci siamo trovate bene e consigliamo!

Wonderful location with easy/quick proximity to the waterfront promenade and restaurants. Beautiful terrace for morning coffee (great local café right next to the flat) or apératifs. Highly recommend .

Sehr schöne wohnung. Der weg in die stadt dauert ca. 10-15 min ist aber perfekt für einen kleinen Spaziergang da es ein schöner weg ist. Würde es immer wieder buchen

Uns hat es sehr gefallen,weil wir alles zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichen konnten. Der Gastgeber war sehr gut erreichbar und hat uns viele Ausflugsziele geschickt. Unterkunft Preis Leistung war gut.

Все было прекрасно. Отличный вид из окон, уютно, как дома. Продуман до мелочей комфорт гостей. Отдельное спасибо за парковку и гостеприимство для путешественников с собаками. С радостью вернемся еще. Только лучших вам гостей и самые теплые пожелания.

I had the most comfortable stay here! The location is FANTASTIC! Located right across from the touristy shops and steps away from the water! AC worked very well, bed was comfortable, I had 2 towels, and the fridge was spacious and clean. There were 2 bottles of water in the fridge which were Godsent for such hot days! The washroom had body wash and shampoo/conditioner. Everything was perfect! Hanadi was super responsive in helping me get to my unit which was located at the very very top floor, past these wooden doors. The rest of her instructions were straight forward. Very friendly and kind. Thank you Hanadi!!🙏

Our 3rd visit to Silvija’s place. Always lovely and helpful. Apartment is in such great location 2 mins walk to the sea and good restaurants and bars. Located in a beautiful period building we love sitting on the balcony watching the world go by topped off with a good shower and very comfortable bed.

Appartamento molto spazioso ed arredato davvero con gusto, la vista dalla terrazza è molto bella e rilassante, il quartiere è molto tranquillo. Il bagno ha una doccia meravigliosa! Peccato solo che il pavimento non fosse molto pulito e che le federe dei cuscini fossero state spruzzate di profumo, avrei preferito che sapessero di detersivo della lavatrice.

Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. La villa était encore plus magnifique que sur les photos. Rajna est une hôte incroyablement attentive aux détails, qui se consacre à rendre chaque instant inoubliable. Tout était impeccable : la villa, la piscine, l’espace commun. C'est un véritable 1000/10. Nous nous réjouissons de revenir car c’est de loin le meilleur Airbnb de tous, tout simplement incomparable. Wir waren als 4 köpfige Familie 2 Erw. und 2 Teens (16+14) in der Unterkunft. Wir waren begeistert von der Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit. Das war genau das was wir wollten. Das Haus ist ist zwar klein,aber es reicht völlig aus. Alles ist schön dekoriert und platziert. Genau wie man den Bildern entnehmen kann. Das Außengelände ist einfach ein Traum. Bis in die kleinste Ecke durchdacht. Die Outdoor-Küche haben wir regelmäßig benutzt. Wir waren jetzt im Oktober dort und hatten auch noch gutes Wetter. ( durchschnittlich 22 Grad ☀️) Dadurch wurde der Pool und Whirlpool sehr gut genutzt. Die kleine Bucht ist auch einfach sehr schön. Wir haben dort einen ganzen Tag verbracht und waren ganz alleine. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur bestens empfehlen. Wir werden wieder kommen. 🫶🏻🇭🇷☀️

Wir haben es total genossen in diesem herrlichen Haus sein zu dürfen. Liebevoll gestaltet erzählt das Haus tolle Geschichten aus seinem langen Leben. Liuba und Valentin sind herzlich und die Umgebung lädt ein zum Wandern, schwimmen und da sein! Danke für alles!

Nous avons eu un superbe séjour ici, l’appartement est superbe et très propre. On entend juste les voisins du dessus marcher mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé, merci je recommande ce logement :)

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find beer and drinks in the fridge, which was such a thoughtful touch. The host was fantastic, always responding within minutes. On one day, we had a minor technical issue, but it was resolved immediately, even though it was a Sunday! The location was peaceful and quiet, making it ideal for a relaxing holiday. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Sara ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sie kommuniziert sofort und ist meist im Haus und für alles da was benötigt werden könnte. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und liegt genial in einer ruhigen Gegend. Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer ist wunderschön. 5 min zu Fuß zum Badestrand, 5 min zum Einkaufzentrum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Gaby und Florian

Davorka est extrêmement sympathique et très avenante. Disponible au besoin. nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. L'appartement est grand et disposait des services attendus. Je le recommande.

Sanda ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin. Sehr zuvorkommend und proaktiv. Auch die Unterkunft war sehr nett, auch wenn die Küche eher klein ist, findet man alles was man braucht. Die Lage der Unterkunft war auch sehr gut und dank der tollen Tipps von Sanda, konnten wir schöne Unternehmungen durchführen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr gern weiter!

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

Sanja war eine perfekte Gastgeberin und hatte uns sogar etwas Essen vorab besorgt da wir an einem Feiertag bei geschlossenen Geschäften ankamen. Für unsere Kinder hatte sie extra Spielzeug bereit gelegt was bei diesen auch super ankam. Wir fühlten uns rundherum wohl bei ihr und man kann es sich nicht besser wünschen. Das Gebäude liegt etwas am Hang was die Anfahrt etwas schwieriger macht und den Fußweg hoch vom Strand auch etwas beschwerlicher aber die Aussicht die man dafür hat ist es absolut wert und sonst bringt die Wohnung wirklich viele Möglichkeit. Der kleine Garten mit Grillstelle war auch super. Danke für alles!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, die Lage ist super. Man kann direkt an den Strand oder in den Pool. Die Sonnenuntergänge am Balkon sind wirklich einmalig.

Apartman je potpuno odgovarao opisu, plus dodate sarm koji ima uživo, i onda je jos lepsi. Prostor je relativno mali, ali sjajno organizovan. Sve je na svom mestu. Stancic je tih, ususkan, topao i romantičan. Natasha i Sammuele su jako proaktivni i dele sve informacije unapred. Ostavljen je čitav "book" preporuka sta da vidite, gde da odete, gde da jedete. Ulica je dva minuta od obale. Stan je na četvrtom spratu što će vam dati sjajan pogled, sve do dvorca Miramare.

This apartment was exactly as advertised, looking just like the photos and matching the description perfectly! We had a fantastic time; the space is not only beautiful but also very functional and comfortable for our stay. Katharina was an incredibly helpful and responsive host throughout our entire visit, and we will definitely be looking to book here again on our next trip!
