Opustite se sa svojom obitelji u ovom ugodnom smještaju.Lokacija je izvrsna,mirna,svaki apartman ima mogućnost boravka vani,u vrtu, blizina trgovina,prijevoza do centra grada gradskim busevima ,do popularnog ljetovališta Opatija 9,6km udaljenost ili do gradskih plaža 1,4 km udaljena plaža Kantrida ,blizina trgovačkih centara(moguće hodom ,oko 120m,najbliža plaža je 15min hodom udaljena), uz kuću je gradski park i puno zelenila.Boravak je pogodan za boravak obitelji.Pristup gostu je individualan.

Sea view from the 2nd floor. 2 parking spaces. ATTENTION: in the months of November 1 - May 31, construction work is possible in the neighborhood. During this time, construction noise may occur. Construction sites are closed during the main season. As a concession, we have lowered the prices in the low season.
