My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

There are lots of toys, games and books for the children, so they can have fun even when it's raining outside. In the surrounding area you will find places associated with the history of Slovakia: - Memorial and museum of General M. R. Štefánik, - Museum of architect Dušan Jurkovič, - Mysterious castle in the Carpathians - Dobrovodský castle, - Čachtice Castle of Elizabeth Báthory ...and many more. Treat yourself to a rest where the birds and crickets are the noisiest.

It is located in a quiet location, just a 15-minute walk from the city center and 20 minutes from the bus and train station. Nearby is the Inčučuna children's playground and a number of services. There is above-standard kitchen equipment, Wi-Fi, a washing machine with a dryer, free parking in the building and a lot of board games. We will also be happy to prepare a baby cot on request.

Romantic cottage in a quiet part of Žítková village surrounded by a hectare of mountain meadows. The perfect starting point for exploring Kopanic. The cottage is decorated in a rural style. Inside you will find a spacious living room with a fireplace, a large table and a sofa bed, a walk-through bedroom with two beds, a bathroom with a toilet, and an equipped kitchen. The cottage is heated by new fireplace stoves, there is electricity and hot water. In front of the house, the patio is perfect for barbecue.

Pozostáva zo samostatnej kúpeľne so sprchovým kútom, z plne vybavenej kuchyne a z obývacej časti, kde sa nachádza gauč, ktorý sa po rozložení zmení na plnohodnotné spacie lôžko s rozmermi 180 x 200 cm (22 cm výška matraca). K apartmánu patrí aj balkón s posedením. Hostia môžu taktiež využívať vonkajší bazén s terasou a ležadlami na slnenie (predpokladané spustenie do prevádzky leto 2025) a mestské bicykle, ktoré ponúkame pre hostí zdarma.

Wooden house in the nature

Our wooden house was made by my grandfather 50 years ago. It consists from living room with fire place, folding sofa bed for 2 persons, small kitchen, bathroom and on the first floor there is one bedroom with a king bed and 3 single beds. During your stay in our wooden hut you could see squirrels, forest birds, stag beetle, salamanders, hedgehogs, and different animals... deers come for visit sometimes. It is located in recreational area of Harmónia near Modra.
