We had a great time! There were 4 of us including 2 children and they did not miss anything: outdoor games, games (board games, lego...). Thanks again for the little touches, especially for my son birthday! The garden is shared with the hosts but respects privacy throughout the stay. House very close to shops. Peaceful accommodation, as described and located in a small, very quiet subdivision. The garden is beautifully wooded and clean. The location allows you to shine in the surroundings of Perros Guirec and take very nice walks. Welcoming and caring host. Friendly stay with the family.

True to the original spirit of Airbnb, namely staying with locals, Christine's house is really hers, reflecting her tastes and her world - and not just any secondary accommodation devoid of personality. The whole place is practical, well arranged, warm and everything is done to make you feel good. Double favorite for the ideal location (spectacular panorama just a stone's throw away) and the profusion of books: pure happiness!

We had a lovely stay in Erquy and especially in this spacious, pleasant and well-equipped apartment. Jean is very welcoming, available and not stingy with good advice when it comes to things to see in the area! ( The sunset 2 steps from the accommodation is great!) In short everything was perfect for these 5 nights spent thank you very much and maybe see you soon!

Jean Yves is a very welcoming and kind host. The accommodation is generally clean, well-equipped and very well located. The bedding is extremely comfortable. I would recommend this place to visit the Perros Guirec and its surrounding area.

This home in the heart of Perros-Guirec was perfect. Very close to amenities, it makes it easy to walk both to the port and the city center. The decor has been tastefully chosen and makes you feel at ease in a warm environment. The apartment is perfectly equipped. The host is very responsive which greatly facilitates the stay. When we arrived, a beautiful workbook with all the right addresses was waiting for us. Finally we keep a beautiful memory of this stay! Thank you Raphael!

Very good hosting by the owner in this recent listing. Calm, tranquility with an underground parking space and balcony characterize this apartment with quick access to the seafront (GR34), beaches and shops within walking distance.

Perfect location on the waterfront. Spectacular view of the huge beach of Rosaires. You can watch the sunrise from the living room sofa and fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The balcony on the entrance/living room side serves as a passage for very discreet neighbors. It didn't bother us. And the balcony on the bedroom side is private with a real sea view. Philippe is a very friendly and responsive host and offers very good advice. Great restaurants are within walking distance. Loved our stay.
