Unser Kernhof liegt idyllisch, ein herrlich ruhiges Plätzchen, abseits von Durchzugsverkehr und doch zentral für Ausflüge in die Berge, oder in die nahe liegende Bischofsstadt Brixen. In unserem Park gibt es viele Möglichkeiten zum Spielen und Verweilen (Kinderspielplatz, Fußball, Volleyball, Tischtennis, Trampolin). Auf Anfrage (bitte vor Anreise anfragen) genießt ihr Frühstück und Abendessen in der Ferienpension "Zummüllerhof" gleich daneben. Im Sommer veranstalten wir wöchentlich Grillabende.

Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The apartment Thalerhof Sancta Sebastianus is located in Unterinn Ritten, 15 minutes by car (11 km) away from Bolzano/Bozen. It is equipped with newly renovated interior design and a spectacular view of the surrounding Alps, making it a wonderful vacation spot. The 40 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a television.

The 66 m² accommodation consists of a living room with sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom, thus offering space for 6 people. The equipment also includes high-speed WLAN (suitable for video calls) and a TV.

Boasting a beautiful view of the mountain, the holiday apartment 'Plose 35' is located in Bressanone/Brixen in a very strategic location. The 75 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, heating and a TV. The holiday apartment boasts a private balcony where you can sit and admire the views.

Malgorerhof Sonja

Near Bolzano, the vacation apartment "Malgorerhof Sonja" is located in the small village of Jenesien on the Tschögglberg and offers vacations on the child-friendly farm at 1,000 m above sea level with a magnificent view of the Dolomites. The rustic furnished vacation apartment with its many wood features consists of a living room with a well-equipped kitchen and cozy dining area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate a total of 5 guests.

The four suites are located on the second floor of the building and impress with a shared sauna with a relaxation room and shower.

This cosy apartment is ideal for up to 5 people, even for longer stays. You can park your car in the underground car park. The south-facing balcony gives you a great view on the Dolomites and the Kronplatz, just 10 km from the apartment. Bruneck, the main city of the Valley, is located about 5 km from Pfalzen (pullman every 30 min).
