Monthly Rentals in Plesching

The place, communication, hosts are all great. We stayed for 1 week, we loved the place. One remark for people who are sensitive to noise: since it's an apartment building, there are people who wake at 6-7 am and go to work, and one of the bedrooms is near the entrance in the building, so there is some noise in the morning. Also from time to time you can hear the above neighbor walking around the house - again, not a big deal for us. Overall it was a great stay/location etc. Next time in Linz, I would definitely pick again the same place.

Judith and her mother were very friendly and helped us with everything. The apartment was impeccable, beautiful, located in a very quiet area with many playgrounds for children, the tram is very close and there are several markets to buy things. I really felt right at home, and my little girl was happy every day. If I go back to Linz, I will definitely go back to Judith's apartment.

I spent a month at Christian and Anita’s place in Linz, and honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed to feel at home. What really made the experience special were the hosts themselves – Christian and Anita were incredibly kind, helpful, and thoughtful. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. Whether it was answering small questions or giving local tips, they were always easy to reach and super friendly. I’d absolutely recommend staying here and would gladly come back anytime!
