The 4 Corners Tiny House

Welcome to the Four Corners Tiny House—a handcrafted basecamp just outside Cortez with big sky views. Inside is simple and functional. The kitchen has a sink, microwave, hot plate, and essentials. A loft bed with a new mattress and a futon for extra sleeping space. The bathroom has a full-size shower with on-demand hot water. Water pressure may be lighter at first but evens out and works ok. Step outside to your private deck, fire pit, and Adirondack chairs,perfect for coffee, fires, and views.

Are you looking to relax by the firepit, have some meals outside and chance to see deer, fox, listen to the birds chirp? Lone Cone cabin @ Kokopelli Cabins is one of two cabins on the property. Come enjoy time at Mesa Verde, Hovenweep National park, Mcphee lake (less than 5 min away) River, bike trails, hiking trails or simply relax in the country. . In the winter there are many snowshoeing trails and so much more! Telluride, Durango, Rico, Ouray are all close for a day trip.

The Jolly Rancher-Clint Eastwood Yurt

This is a 30 foot in diameter pet friendly yurt. Sleeps five; one queen, one twin bed and a new queen pull out sofa. Full kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, living room and dining area all separated by walls but not doors. Has outdoor fire ring with swings, chairs and barbque grill. Propane heater for cool seasons and cooler for summer. Sits on 12 acres with view of pastures and mountains. Animals pastured during the summer months.
