Directly on the Beach, and close to Everything! This is a private lockoff unit. There are two beds, Bathroom, TV, WiFi and an Amazing Rooftop- Best in Playa del Carmen. The unit itself does NOT have a view or balcony, only a small window to the hall. You do get a super location at an incredible price. (Also listed on airbnb: front unit at a higher price, full ocean views and amazing balcony, kitchen, living room bedroom with view)

Estudio en la calle 52 entre las Av 15 y 20 . Cuenta con cocineta básica, baño privado dentro de la habitación y aire acondicionado. LO MÁS IMPORTANTE!!! está a 2 cuadras de la 5ta avenida y a 5 minutos de la playa. Solo hay agua caliente en la ducha y agua fría en lavamanos y lavaplatos . Para mejor comodidad y no llevarte sorpresas es importante que tomes en cuenta el clima tropical y el ecosistema de la Riviera.
