The location was great and safe. The condo was the perfect size for us (5 people).

Just go ahead and book it. Safety is a must for me and I felt very safe while I was here - it’s a gated community. I was here for my birthday. I mostly communication with Ilona and she is super kind & very responsive, proactive with requests, she also recommend so many places & things to do as well as a lovely agent that helped me book my activities. She sent me pastry & a beautiful cake on my birthday which was very thoughtful. Home is gorgeous, clean. Pictures don’t do justice. 10/10 experience.

Everyone in our group loved the house ,the location was great and we walked to all the restaurants.

The home: + Quiet, private, and protected property with plentiful outdoor space to enjoy the warm weather + Big rooms and shared spaces, all so thoughtfully and beautifully decorated to give the home a unique charm + Strong wi-fi to go with a nice space for remote work + Overstocked with absolutely everything you'll need during your stay - There were some mosquitos, but the host provided 3 big citronella candles that we used both inside and outside The host(s): + Hilary kept constant contact before and throughout our stay, proactively checked-in/provided recommendations, and immediately made us her #1 priority when we needed assistance + Cannot say enough about how amazing and resourceful Yolanda and Lizardo were during our stay! They helped us with any and EVERYTHING that we needed, and treated us like family. Truly made the Urban Eden feel like home.

Brilliant place, great location and amenities. The host is super friendly and very nice to deal with. The house was beautifully set up, with great amenities and is located in a very safe and friendly community. We had a great stay at Michelle's place and would highly recommend it to everyone!

Casa Mayab is perfectly situated—just a 6-minute walk to the beautiful beach and within the gated community of Playacar. The house is spacious and comfortable, with everything one could need. It is fully equipped with high-speed internet, A/C in each room, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook. All three bedrooms are very comfortable, and two of them have nice balconies looking out to the lovely back garden and pool area. The hosts, Matthew and Jennifer, know the area inside and out, are very nice, and agile to respond to any questions or needs. Cressy and the cleaning team are superb and extremely detailed. We had an absolutely wonderful stay and definitely plan to return!

I had a very nice stay. Don Orlando was very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and it was very spacious.

Casa Vista Del Mar was the perfect spot for our family this summer! We stayed for 2 months with two children and loved the pool and location which was a 5 minute walk from town. The beach was covered with seaweed so we didn’t go often but it was great being across the street for convenience. Gisel was so good responsive to anything we needed - highly recommend this property

We had a wonderful spring break at Casa Grande. It's an amazing place, looks even better than the pictures and very spacious and roomy. Location was ideal - there are no houses in front of it, so you get an un-interrupted view of the sea which we never got tired of. The beach in front was amazing, and had very less seaweed while we were there, and it got cleaned up I think on a weekly basis. Restaurants, shops along the famous 5th avenue were a short 10-15 walk away along a very peaceful and secure gated community. And for days where we were tired from hanging out at the beach, Uber eats was always a convenient option. Mercedes and her team were excellent hosts - very responsive and quick to resolve a couple of minor improvements we suggested. We loved our time there, and would love to come back and stay at this property in future.

Stayed for my bachelor party with 10 guys in our mid-30s for 3 nights and it was absolutely perfect. More than enough room for all of us and there was even space for people to break off from the group and relax in the quiet for a bit when needed. The rooftop pool/splash area was amazing, could walk everywhere (beach, clubs), restaurants, etc. We really enjoyed walking to the nightclubs around the corner, and to the beach during the day. Both are less than a minute away! You can hear the clubs at night but we didn't care at all, it added to the vibes. If you're looking for a place for a bachelorette/bachelor party, this is your spot. Yanet and her team were absolutely amazing. We checked out most of Yanet's recommendations and they were amazing! Carolina Beach Club, book a yacht, and highly recommend using the private chef called Tasty Nomads to enjoy a wonderful meal on the roof at the Villa. The place is clean, and security, Carlos, was awesome! Perfect stay! 10/10, will visit again!

We took the family, all 10 of us to Playa del Carmen for a Christmas treat. Ages ranged from 10 months to us older grandparents. Glen, Esther & Skip, were extremely responsive from first inquiry to helping us find a ride service to the airport. We always felt they could help us out in a pinch. We arrived late at night & I remember, in the morning, stepping outside to the grounds & feeling like I was in a movie. Gorgeous lush, dense tropical vegetation, a stone crafted walkways winding to the gorgeous main villa & throughout the grounds. Plus a beautiful & expansive pool/ water layout. We chose to have a chef for breakfast every morning. Definitely a luxurious way to start your day. We took day trips, however, we thought why do we want to drive to a beach when we have an entire, stunning resort to ourselves. Whether you are a couple or larger group, this amazing Airbnb will definitely impress everyone.

Great home and perfect for our business owners planning retreat. The home is laid out well, clean and easy to get to. It is not near the beach and is on a golf course. That was fine with us since the group did morning jogs, jumped in the pool and then did planning sessions.

Had an amazing stay. The villa was beautiful & clean! Just a few minute walk to the beach. Sergio was fantastic! Very helpful and caring. Would definitely stay again.

Great location! Nice views from the roof top pool and a few minute walk to the beach through the pretty community of other villas. The beach is a great to lay out on and we also walked from the beach to the center of town which was great if you like a longer walk. The villa was in a private community with a security check in so you felt very safe. Mariela answered my many questions and gave recommendations for activities to book.

The house is as seen in the photos, always attentive to communication, very clean place, I would stay there again!!! We loved it!!

We recommend this very clean, nicely decorated Villa located in Phase 2 Playa Car. Playa Del Carmen.  New air conditions in every room kept us cool and comfortable. The King size bed is a rare find and was fitted with nice bed linens, pillows and a very  soft comforter.   We cooked up fajitas In the kitchen and watched the NFL Super Bowl on one of the many TVs. located in each bedroom. The large lap pool is very clean and the perfect temperature to cool off in. We enjoyed reading books on the cushioned patio chairs on the back patio looking upon beautiful landscaped trees and bushes.  Our host was fantastic and quick to respond to any of our requests. We felt very safe staying there and hope to return. 

Casa Turquesa was beautiful inside and out. It is part of a safe, 24/7 guarded, beachfront community. The service was great as well. Made you feel like you were in a hotel. Fully stocked home with all the amenities including washer/dryer, multiple outdoor showers, 2 pools, spacious rooms and a delicious fruit basket with an assortment of local fruits. Pool clearers and Housekeeping kept the pools and home clean everyday, including making the beds, it was not just a “refresher” like some hotels do. Located next to Quinta Ave and beachfront you get the best of both worlds. Easy access to multiple restaurants, bars, clubs, and shopping. Private beach access, and friendly neighbors. Definitely made our stay in Cancun amazing. Would recommend 10 out of 10

I stayed at this villa with a couple friends. I have stayed in playa car before at other villas but this one was my favourite. Main reason is the rooftop pool area and hot tub. Also the layout is perfect for entertaining. 2 master bedrooms is also great. Will definitely be back

The house is absolutely beautiful, well appointed with everything we needed for a week. We were a group of 10, and the house had lots of space to spread out. It's laid out with 2 bedrooms on the mainfloor with main kitchen, table and couches. Upstairs has 4 more rooms with a smaller kitchen, so worked very well for our group. It's a short walk to fifth Ave. The area felt very safe and was very comfortable. The pool was nice to have, we swam pretty much everyday. It's about a 2 minute walk to the beach, and has great views from the rooftop deck. We asked a few questions of the host while there and they were very responsive, which was really reassuring . We would definitely stay again!
