House vacation rentals in Playacar

The stay was quiet and there was communication all the time. We walked to Fifth Avenue from the accommodation. Pool, clean house and everything in order, we would definitely come back.

Everything was very good. We enjoyed it a lot. We just had a little problem with the signal, but apart from that, everything was good and very friendly. Thank you.

This was our first family vacation and we couldn’t have done it at a better place. The house literally had everything and more that you expect at a vacation home. With multiple pools and jacuzzis, I didn’t think it could be topped, until we walked into our very own private cenote! It was truly hard to leave this morning, the kids wanted more time at the house. It’s big and spacious and very private. The host are really helpful and sweet, with a cleaning lady that was kind and respectful of space and time. If you need any restaurant or activity recommendations, just ask Fabrizio, he was a great help. I plan on returning to playa de Carmen and when I do I hope this house is available. Can’t thank the hosts enough for trusting us with their home/ paradise (as the kids called it). Until next time.

Highly recommended accommodation!! Oswaldo was very friendly and flexible with any request or inquiry, responding very quickly and with a very good disposition. The house is very nice, spacious and comfortable, it had everything you need and everything worked properly. Very good experience.

Patricio was a wonderful host and very responsive. The area was perfect, as you are a minute's walk from the beach. The construction was not very disturbing; in the downstairs rooms, there is more noise. The surrounding area has tons of restaurants and shopping, and you are a ten-minute walk from town. The neighborhood felt safe, and the house had everything we needed for an enjoyable week-long stay!

Erika was a great host , very responsive and always helpful, the house is great and private , the pool is gorgeous peaceful and quiet ,location is great very close to the Quinta and the port . I totally recommend that place .

Kaitlin is a great host - our stay was everything we hoped! She anticipates all her guests' needs. The house is beautifully decorated and secure in a quiet neighborhood, and the filtered water on tap was much appreciated. The pool and private patio were perfect for relaxing, and the ceiling fans and a.c. in every room kept us comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was a bonus. Communicating with Kaitlin during our visit was easy as she is very responsive.

The house is simply beautiful, it has all the amenities and tools to spend time with the family, spacious, clean and very well maintained. Ana's services were very good, always attentive and with good recommendations. The location is very good, nice area, the residential complex is very quiet and above all safe. My description in 3 words, beautiful, safe and quiet.

I just got back from my vacation and with a very good taste in my mouth, Bely is a beautiful person, always attentive and helped me a lot in matters of transportation. She helped me contact someone I trust, which I really appreciate. The place is very clean and with places nearby to buy groceries, highly recommended and thank you Bely for being so attentive 😉

What can I say! Our time at Crystal's property was absolutely amazing. Even though the jungle experience was new to us, we were relieved to feel immediately at home at Casa y Palapa de la Selva. The fact that such beautiful cenotes were only a quick walk away was truly unbelievable & our favorite part of the trip. We were excited to see monkeys, butterflies, capybaras & more. The house and palapa comfortably suited 6 people. We loved the fact that the walls are screened in, which allowed for a fresh air breeze to keep us cool throughout the night. Keep in mind that the two bedrooms shown for the house are all technically one large loft room, with 2 beds separated by the staircase. We are so grateful to Casey, who always made herself available and was immediately responsive for all of our needs. In general, every person we met was lovely and made us feel so safe & welcome. We are in awe of the incredible community at Sacbe and hope to return one day soon. Gracias por todo!

I will recommend friends and family Javier’s place, it was really nice and great location, comfortable and amenities were great, back patio sitting/dinning are with the pool was A+, 5 minutes from 5th avenue and ferry dock to go to Cozumel, lots of beautiful beaches near by and the neighborhood was nice and secure, convenient store and restaurants walking distance , we definitely will comeback in the future to playa del Carmen and definetely will stay at Javier’s place!

Carlos's house is very nice and colorful. You feel like at home there. It made with love. My wife and I really liked our stay there. Recommendations from Carlos about cafes and beaches were great. It was also nice to meet Carlos. He is very responsive host.

Julie’s place was great! Right next to the beach, in a gated community, and a very bright and colorful home. The house manager, Tara, was nice and accommodating. Definitely recommend this place!

I loved the hosts' attention, they saved me from not spending the night in the car with 7 young girls, the Airbnb I rented for my vacation made us have a bad time and we had to leave it, I contacted the hosts late at night and they were accessible and quick, they provided us with everything to live in the apartment in less than 10 minutes, they 🤗 were angels for us, the place is comfortable, safe and with super clear and precise directions, they are in contact and always available, I recommend them 100%

Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect airbnb for our group trip. Great location, we felt safe but not “locked away” like some of the other rentals in PDC seem to be. Only thing was that Miguel’s communication was very slow, didn’t hear anything from him after check-in. We assumed that no news was good news. The cleaners were very thorough and friendly.

It was a pleasure staying at this Airbnb. The space was clean and there were many places around the area. Host also provided helpful instructions and information about the property. Will definitely be coming again soon.

This was a stay after a destination wedding. We needed a quiet place to relax for a few days. It really is a spectacular place. The walk to downtown Playa del Carmen is doable but on a hot day you really need a swim after. Highly recommend!
