Vacation rentals with a home theater in Playacar

Everything is excellent, the location is super good for a walk on the 5th, and the tranquility of the place allows you to sleep well and relax.

Excellent value for money, you get much more than you would at places much more expensive. The location is excellent (hypermarket across the street, many good places to eat right by, and the center is a 5 minute walk). Also the apartment is on the side of the building further away from the main street. The apartment itself is like in the pictures, small, but has everything 1 or 2 people need. The pools were great and there was always a spot for a chair to sunbathe. Finally, and most importantly, Norman was excellent in communication, always responding. Overall, I highly recommend.

Would most definitely recommend anyone Remys place. Specifically if your first time. You are in the heart of it all and everything is steps and blocks away. Food, stores, bars, beach everything! All other services are accommodated to that area. It’s all about location, location location. And not only location, but the place was spectacular and even though it was right in the center of it all it felt like you were somewhat else as soon as you started entering the place. That had a lot of attention to detail those clean smelled great. Everything worked properly. I cannot recommend this place enough thank you Remi for everything. Our family had a great time. Hope to go back soon to Cancun and to experience it again and your beautiful home. To whoever goes, you’ll have a great time but as well, a great stay.

100% recommended the area super accessible for walking and to reach the 5th Av. areas to eat super close, the area is very quiet, the apartment is very spacious, the Rooftop is super quiet and relaxing, the people are super nice. Without a doubt, we would choose it again. 💖

We rented this property for a family reunion and throughly enjoyed our stay. It is in a residential, gated community which boasts a lovely community gym and pool. There were 9 of us (including kids) and there was plenty of space for all of us. Rodrigo and his team were helpful and responsive, but if you want reservations for the Xalmar Beach Club, I suggest you book a few slots before you arrive which you can adjust later on, as otherwise it gets a bit complicated. We did not make use of the firepit or the outside cinema screen as we were happy to just relax by the pool so I can't comment on those. Lots of hot water in the shower with good pressure - be aware it is salty. We had a really lovely time and fully recommend this home.

Great spot in the jungle, but close to everything by car — groceries, restaurants and beach. Vickie gave great recommendations and was very friendly. The private cenote was fun to hang out in. The projector and screen were nice to have at night. Place was clean, surroundings were tranquil.

We had a nice few days,everything was very clean , a quiet area,many places to buy ,restaurants,taquerias, bakeries, oxxo etc. They were always on the lookout for us if we needed anything and any questions I had were clarified . Access to the condominium was super easy, everything was fine with the bathrooms ,the water pressure was fine and although we were late at night after the tours to shower there were never problems with the hot water as we followed all the instructions very well. Excellent also the A/C in each room to pass the heat . We would definitely stay there again since the location is close to the center of Playa del Carmen and also the parks xcaret and Tulum . We also appreciate the attention other than Jesus that of Hassari she is always very kind ,thank you very much for everything.

Even though it's not downtown I loved the location. Like anywhere I stay, once you understand the local bus system it's great. The collectivo I used was the "Palmas -2" for $10 Pesos. Would definitely stay here again.

The accommodation is large, it has a very nice view inside the building. The two pools are very nice. The sofa bed is not super comfortable but it meets its function. Luis is very friendly and responds quickly

Great stay at iPLAYA! Everything was just as advertised and the hosts provided very detailed check-in instructions and other info prior to arrival. Front desk is staffed 24x7 with very friendly folks. In a quieter neighborhood while still being a 5-10min walk to the main strip on 5th. Check out PapaCharly’s restaurant next door as well, it’s great!

This condo at the Mara exceeded our expectations - first time in Playa so wasn’t sure about the neighborhood, etc and we really lucked out! We were 2 families (4 adults and 5 kids) and had plenty of room to stretch out, have dinner together at the massive dining table, or have an adults only drink on the patio. It’s in a gated community and next to a bird sanctuary so it was so peaceful and private. We walked to town every day, the ferry, the bus terminal or the taxi stand…really easy. We got a private chef one night and a full cleaning one day and Karen helped with all of it..she was amazing! Very accommodating with last minute changes and any questions we had. We would absolutely go back to Playa and the Mara

Great place to stay in a great location. Close to EVERYTHING!! Walking distance to the beach, countless restaurants, grocery stores, 5th Ave, and so much more. The condo has all you need for a comfortable stay and the host was extremely helpful with anything we needed. Absolutely recommend staying here as you won’t be disappointed!
