Once checking in it was fast and easy to do whenever we had questions or concerns our host responded fast and did her best to help us out.

Daniela's place was just with the doctor ordered. Just beautiful, spacious, high ceilings, clean, and modern appointments. The view was great, and everything worked beautifully. I would recommend having a rental car, as it's not super close to the center. This is exactly what we wanted, and it works beautifully. A very peaceful place, with fantastic amenities. The pool was spectacular, the hot tubs were piping hot. There is food in walking distance. I would stay here again and again.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was a dream, looked exactly like the photos. The interior is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Asaf was super responsive, helped us find a driver and provided us great restaurants to visit and things to do around town. Very kid friendly as well!

Excellent sejour du 17 au 24 avril 2025. Logement tres bien situé tout en étant un peu en retrait pour des soirées et des nuits calmes. Plusieurs restos a proximité. Nous avons eu la chance que Meny vienne nous récupérer a l'aéroport et nous apporte au marché avant notre arrivée au logement. Super service. Nous le recommandons fortement et reviendront très bientôt.

Excellent value for money, you get much more than you would at places much more expensive. The location is excellent (hypermarket across the street, many good places to eat right by, and the center is a 5 minute walk). Also the apartment is on the side of the building further away from the main street. The apartment itself is like in the pictures, small, but has everything 1 or 2 people need. The pools were great and there was always a spot for a chair to sunbathe. Finally, and most importantly, Norman was excellent in communication, always responding. Overall, I highly recommend.

Great place to stay in Playa Del Carmen. The property is beautiful and the pool is great. Highlight is lounging in the hammock over the water. Place was super clean and having 2 king beds is fantastic. Host was great with providing instructions. 15 minute walk to the closest beach and also 15 minute walk to the end of famous 5th avenue. An OXXO across the street with a few eateries, and the pool bar has a little cafe with snacks you can buy. Definitely recommend!

El apartamento es muy lindo y cómodo para una familia con buen espacio. Oscar fue muy amable y respondió todas nuestras comunicaciones. El condominio tiene piscina muy bonita y grande y también cancha de paddle. Dentro del mismo proyecto tiene beach club cual fue muy buen sitio para disfrutar la playa y almorzar. Tiene costo de 400 pesos mexicanos (2025 abril) lo cual incluye 300 pesos de crédito consumible. Saliendo del proyecto queda playa publica "Playa Punta Esmeralda", lugar lindo para visitar y bien organizado, pudimos dejar coche sin problema. Acceso a la zona hotelera de Cancun es aprox 50mins con coche, para Xcaret queda solo 15mins, a Xel-Ha (45mins) y a Tulum (60mins). Para grandes supermercados como Soriana y Chedraui es solo 5mins con coche. Vistamos cenote azul (30mins) y cenote Yal-Ku (45mins), ambos son espectaculares! Para la proxima visita, volveremos al mismo apartamento de Oscar.

I have been to playa many times and I personally don't think you can find a better place in playa. The location is central to everything. An oxxo across the street along with a money exchange. 5th street and all of the beaches. It's also close to the bus station with many taxis that have reasonable prices. Host was very responsive and check in and out was seamless. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Maria is a wonderful host and her condo is very comfortable and clean. The bakery across the street was delicious and we also enjoyed the Italian restaurant. Otherwise we walked about 15 min to the tourist area which had so many choices for food! We also walked to Sams Club (taxi back) for food cooked at the Air bnb. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The pool was very nice and lying in a hammock in the pool heavenly! Highly recommend!

Excelente lugar, correcto para descansar, salir y pasarla bien, con una perfecta vista en el balcón, definitivamente volvería.

I LOVE Leon’s place! This is my second time coming back to his place. Leon’s place is always super easy to check into. The neighbors are quiet. The AC, WiFi, and other amenities work very well. The front desk staff is wonderful. Also, you will have all the cooking tools you need to cook. Leon is super responsive and caring! I have no complaints but highly recommend Leon’s place to anyone needing to spend a few days or even months in Playa del Carmen, centro.

Great place. Deena was responsive. We had a couple of glitches but we worked it all out. The location is perfect. Beautiful pool area and quite relaxing. Property is right where you want to be, not too noisy, but walkable on the main called. So easy to get around on foot and easy to grab a taxi if needed. Room was quiet and private. Request more blankets if you need to feel more cuddly. I'd like a towel switch out if you're staying for a week. 2 towels is not enough for 2 people for 6 night/7 days. Overall place is quite enjoyable. The balcony does not have a view, so if you're looking for that, don't expect it. The pool area was my favorite part of the property. Bed was comfy. Stay in this place if you're a very familiar couple or friend team... because the bathroom does not have sealed door, so your mate is going to hear all of your business. I would like a bit more lighting in the place, runs pretty dark. Very quiet if you need to get some work done. Wifi works great.

Great host. Great location. Hot tub was great. Safe, secure location. Close to the beach. Rooftop pool was great. 5th Ave a short stroll away.

bel appartement situé dans une résidence sécurisée, 2 piscines disponibles dans la résidence. Il y a a proximité un supermarché, des restaurant, l avenue principale est à 25 min à pied, idem pour les collectivos en direction de Tulum et le port pour se rendre à cozumel. Petit + : Fontaine à eau chaude et froide disponible dans l appartement. Si je dois noter un petit point négatif ça serait la pression de la chasse d'eau, vraiment très faible mais c est juste un détail. Sinon appartement impeccable, propre, lumineux et hote très réactive.

We had a great stay, everything was clean and it was clear the limits on aircon use etc. (As there are 4 rooms with aircon, 3 bedrooms and the living room, it’s not possible to have aircon during the night in the bedrooms as you will go over the limit immediately). One aircon running is about 2kw per hour for those who are wondering so be aware for the hot months. Julieta was very responsive and friendly and we had a good check in and check out experience. The water pressure was not very good on the first floor but other than that there was always enough hot water for all of us and the kitchen was very well equipped with even a kettle and toaster which we really appreciated :) The community children’s playroom was a huge plus for us as well as the community pool, there are two different pools with shade at different times of the day so it was great for the kids. Also little extras like beach umbrellas and she provided more than enough towels which was great:) Def would stay again!

Al llegar el lugar muy seguro y con mucha vigilancia. El lugar muy agradable, el hospedaje súper cómodo y tranquilo. Los electrodomésticos bastante útiles. La atención de los anfitriones la califico como excelente pues siempre pendientes a dudas que surgieron. Las amenidades del condominio las logramos disfrutar sin inconvenientes. Y logramos disfrutar completamente nuestra estancia. El recorrido a parques, playas, malls, todo relativamente cerca.

El lugar está muy bonito, fui con mi familia y nos sentimos como en casa. Cuenta con todos los servicios y proporcionan muchas cosas que te sirven para ocupar en la playa. Alonso contestaba muy pronto las dudas que teníamos. Excelente y confortable lugar, sin duda volvería a hospedarme. Lo recomiendo ampliamente

Excelente! mi familia y yo amamos el lugar, sumamente cómodo y bonito, limpio y ordenado! Fue justo lo que necesitábamos, tanto la casa como la zona muy tranquilas y Juan Manuel siempre muy amable, atento y disponible, listo para apoyarnos en cualquier momento, así como el personal muy amable también. 100% recomendado, sin duda alguna lo elegiría nuevamente.

El alojamiento de Angela es magnifico, porque es una casa muy cuidada en detalles, muy limpia, realmente te sientes como en casa, la decoracion es muy agradable y te sientes muy agusto. Me fascino la ubicacion porque esta muy cerca de xcaret, xplore, y otros parques, hay centros comerciales y supers relativamente cerca. Hay alberca en el privado, es seguro. Angela esta muy al pendiente de lo que necesites.

Parfait séjour dans ce Condo à mi chemin entre Cancun et Tulum. Idéal pour découvrir la région. Hôte réactif, et arrangeant. Résidence bien équipée : piscine, jeux pour enfants, salle de sport. Appartement spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. À recommander ++

Juan's place is great if you're looking for a safe, quiet, luxurious stay. Everything was clean and as described, the gated community is relaxed and family-friendly with great amenities like access to the sports club. Had excellent communication with Juan, made me feel very welcome and he could help me out with any question. I didn't mind the location at all, a 20 minute ride on the e-bike to the center was fine in exchange for staying in the more relaxed and peaceful environment. I'd come back anytime!
