Everything was perfect, the photos don't do it justice, having the private pool is the best, very pleasant and relaxing. Olivia is very friendly and excellent communication, she supported me at all times. I definitely recommend it, you won't regret it. It's easy to get around the area and very quiet. Thank you very much for all the support and ultimately 100% recommended.

Very complete and safe house. Everything very comfortable and at ease, and less than 15 minutes from downtown Playa del Carmen

The house is very nice, large and clean The host's service was excellent, the pool was large and beautiful. It has absolutely everything you need for a good stay. There is a 7 eleven shop and an oxxo very close but I would recommend renting a car to get around more easily , as the subdivision is somewhat removed from the center and beaches. In conclusion , it was a very pleasant experience and the next vacation we hope to book at Casa Tucán again

The hosts are very proactive. They respond very quickly. The house is really beautiful, comfortable and well decorated. It has everything you need for a wonderful stay. There is also everything you need for children. The neighborhood is quiet and secure. Restaurants, grocery stores and local shops are nearby. We would definitely recommend it.

We felt right at home, the place is very comfortable and clean. Sebastian was very attentive to everything, even once I was left without keys and he helped me with a copy. I highly recommend it. I would definitely choose that accommodation again next time!

Patricio was a wonderful host and very responsive. The area was perfect, as you are a minute's walk from the beach. The construction was not very disturbing; in the downstairs rooms, there is more noise. The surrounding area has tons of restaurants and shopping, and you are a ten-minute walk from town. The neighborhood felt safe, and the house had everything we needed for an enjoyable week-long stay!

I was especially impressed by how they helped me bring my vision for my best friend’s bachelorette celebration to life. From connecting me with the concierge service, “Local Bird,” to offering tips on how to set up decorations and even suggesting the perfect areas in the home for our in home group massages, and welcoming our private chef, they made every detail seamless. Every host I had the pleasure of dealing with was polite, incredibly kind, and eager to make our stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. We had a fantastic stay. There were even beach chairs and umbrellas available in thebhouse for our use. Ashley and Sergio made everything easy. Sergio came by daily to ensure the property stayed clean. He went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Ashley was great with communication and let us check in early. Thank you from all of us on an amazing weekend!!

Christopher and Lizzy were quick to respond with questions and recommendations as needed. Beds were comfortable and linens clean. The large pools in the condo complex were clean and there were two large and one small, so plenty of space to spread out. The complex is about 3 K from downtown Playa and about a 20 min walk to the beach, so you will want a car or anticipate taking a taxi as needed. The kitchen could have been better equipped but fine for basic cooking. This was great for me since it was a working trip

Everything was excellent! Jessica was attentive at all times, the arrival to the stay was very easy, it had the clear and precise instructions, the place is very safe, the kitchen equipped with everything you need and the rooms clean and very comfortable, super recommended! there was a small inconvenience with a shower and it was solved without a problem, I hope to return soon!

The place is very nice, I went with my family and we felt right at home. It has all the amenities and provides many things that help you enjoy the beach. Alonso answered our questions very quickly. Excellent and comfortable place, I would definitely stay here again. I would highly recommend it

Juan's place is great if you're looking for a safe, quiet, luxurious stay. Everything was clean and as described, the gated community is relaxed and family-friendly with great amenities like access to the sports club. Had excellent communication with Juan, made me feel very welcome and he could help me out with any question. I didn't mind the location at all, a 20 minute ride on the e-bike to the center was fine in exchange for staying in the more relaxed and peaceful environment. I'd come back anytime!

A very nice place, ready to stay and feel at home, clean, tidy and with everything you need to have a pleasant stay. Close to visit archaeological sites and beach clubs, quite accessible, such as Petit Lafitte

Excellent place, the place really matches the photos and is fully equipped, you don't need anything else. Very good attention and response from hosts. Best Airbnb I've ever been to. The pool and the tranquility were the best. Really a 10.
