The house is absolutely incredible from an architectural perspective, featuring some truly unique and interesting spaces. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms are spectacular. The entire property is stunning—very secure—and the pool feels like a private retreat. We visited the Petite Lafitte Beach Club a couple of times, which is very close to the house, and we had an amazing time there. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. Pilar is definitely an outstanding host. She went above and beyond, offering recommendations on everything from local attractions to the best places to eat. We are beyond happy with this property and its services! Highly recommended!

Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour. Christopher a été pro-actif et a su résoudre les quelques petits soucis. Toujours a notre écoute avec le sourire et sa bonne humeur. L'emplacement du condo est très bien pour ceux qui recherchent la tranquillité. Idéale pour ceux qui ont une voiture car loin des restaurants et du centro. Le condo est situé a environ 10/15 minutes à pieds d'un OXXO et environ 35 minutes à pieds d'un centre commercial. A peu près a même distance d'un Walmart. Le condo peut recevoir effectivement jusqu'à 11 personnes mais manque de chaises (peut assoir 6 personnes à la salle à manger et 4 personnes à l'extérieur). Toutes les commodités mentionnées sont disponibles et propre sans plus. Merci pour votre accueil.

Wow, BOOK it now! We loved our Spring Break retreat here. The sprawling house is amazing. It was perfect for our 2 families (9 ppl - 4 adults, 5 teen or preteens). We had enough room to spread out but all connect in the amazing spots throughout the property. The house setup gives lots of flexibility to accommodate variety of guests. The porch is awesome. The pool and waterfall are relaxing. The cenote is truly uniques. The support team (Ruth - housekeeper and Rafael - handyman, grounds) are a superb extra perk. We coordinated for a bfast and dinner by Ruth and perfecto. They treat the property and guests with real caring. The location is convenient for all types of activities. We couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend.

Our stay at Casa Jaybird was amazing. We spent a month here and could have easily stayed longer. The location really can't be beat - a super quiet street right off 5th Avenue and walking distance to the beach. But for being so close to all the action, the home felt so private when you were inside. Elizabeth was always responsive and quick to answer our questions, and Samuel was always so kind and happy to help with anything around the house. We have young children so we had white noise machines in all the bedrooms, so we didn't have any concerns with the noise as some reviews mention. There was some construction nearby during the day but truly nothing that really bothered us. We'll be back!

Nos fue excelente, el anfitrión siempre al pendiente de nosotros, contestaba rápido. La casa muy cómoda y sobretodo muy limpia, en orden las cosas. En una privada muy segura, guardias amables en todo momento. La recomiendo al 100%. Nos recibieron con el clima de la sala encendido para una bienvenida confortable, tiene todo lo indispensable para pasar un largo tiempo en Playa del Carmen. Tiendas de conveniencia a dos cuadras, cuenta con piscina compartida. En general excelente, por eso las 5/5.

Jeffrey and Mariel are the best host we ever had. Extremely responsive, full of suggestions. House is beautiful and recent, nice furniture same as photos. El Cielo is a quiet gated community 10 minutes drive from downtown PDC. Strongly recommended!

Very clean, nice, upscale house with modern amenities. Comfortable beds, lots of towels, including beach towels. Public beach right around the corner, a 2 minute walk. The kitchen knives were actually sharp, something lacking in prior AirBNBs we've stayed at. Everything worked, coffee maker with filters and even good coffee stocked. Beautiful back deck with pool. We loved everything except for the washer/dryer, which didn't work so well. We let the host know about the washer and he was appreciative of the info saying he'd get the maintenance guys on it. I'd definitely stay again!

Luxury Vacation Villa near the Caribbean Ocean

Had the best stay in my Mexico travel history. Have to go through 2 seperate secure checkpoints to get access to this neighborhood inside the neighborhood. All the homes are brand new. Positives: safe, had 2 small minor issues that were immediately fixed- they weren’t the owners fault just a drain was clogged and immediately fixed and then new toilet needed a fix and was done with ease. Cons: was so new that it’s difficult to find without coordinates but it’s far worth it. I don’t think there were any cons honestly. They don’t let randoms and strangers in unless you set up and approve it. It’s extremely safe and far better than resorts and hotels overall: Will probably do annual trips and group vacations here from now on. Thank you to the host for helping me experience an amazing bachelor party with my friends

We spent 2025 Spring Break at Casa Koati. Patty and Mario couldn’t have been a better team as far as responsiveness was concerned. They had all the necessities for heading to the beach (chairs, umbrellas, coolers and lots of beach towels). The distance to the beach was just as described, maybe a 3 minute walk and the beach access was great. The pool was adequate sized and the wildlife in the backyard area was out of a story book. We have twin boy/girl 16 year olds and the backyard was a spot that drew them together feeding the animals, learning about what they like to eat and just spending quality time together. The house is in walking distance of the famed 5th Avenue. We’ve stayed in other Playa Car homes and have always had to get a taxi to go out at night. The round trip fares add up over the course of a week. With Casa Koati, we never paid once for a taxi other than to our excursion and Walmart. All in all, a great stay. The Brown’s from Indiana will definitely be back:-)

Villa Beach Adventure Relax Holiday Private Pool

So many positive things to say. First, the place is better than the pictures, rooms are nice and the pool is really great. Also, Myrna and the property manager respond quickly to any questions or issues, which was much appreciated. The house is in Playacar community, which is peaceful and the beach is top notch. Location was great, it is hard to get a taxi here so make sure you get the phone number for a good taxi person before you arrive. Otherwise, you will have to walk 10 minutes to a taxi stand in town. The one downside with that was we always experienced an issue with getting past security. One of our group lost their bracelet and the guards gave us a hard time pretty much every time we returned. We also rented ATVs and that was a huge issue to get thrpugh. A lot of time was wasted trying to sort through that. Overall, the stay was excellent and comfortable and I would definitely return.

Todo perfecto, las fotos no le hacen justicia a lo que realmente es, el tener la alberca privada es lo mejor muy amena y relajante. Olivia muy amable y excelente comunicación, me apoyó en todo momento. Definitivamente lo recomiendo, no se arrepentirán. Está fácil para moverse dentro del área y muy tranquilo. La casa está muy bonita, grande y limpia La atención del anfitrión fué excelente, la alberca grande y bonita. Tiene absolutamente todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. Hay una tienda 7 eleven y un oxxo muy cerca pero yo recomendaría la renta de un auto para moverse con mayor facilidad , ya que el fraccionamiento se encuentra algo retirado del centro y playas. En conclusión , fué una experiencia muy grata y las próximas vacaciones esperamos volver a reservar en Casa Tucán

Patricio was a wonderful host and very responsive. The area was perfect, as you are a minute's walk from the beach. The construction was not very disturbing; in the downstairs rooms, there is more noise. The surrounding area has tons of restaurants and shopping, and you are a ten-minute walk from town. The neighborhood felt safe, and the house had everything we needed for an enjoyable week-long stay!

We had a fantastic stay. There were even beach chairs and umbrellas available in thebhouse for our use. Ashley and Sergio made everything easy. Sergio came by daily to ensure the property stayed clean. He went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Ashley was great with communication and let us check in early. Thank you from all of us on an amazing weekend!!

Christopher and Lizzy were quick to respond with questions and recommendations as needed. Beds were comfortable and linens clean. The large pools in the condo complex were clean and there were two large and one small, so plenty of space to spread out. The complex is about 3 K from downtown Playa and about a 20 min walk to the beach, so you will want a car or anticipate taking a taxi as needed. The kitchen could have been better equipped but fine for basic cooking. This was great for me since it was a working trip

Todo estuvo excelente! Jessica estuvo pendiente en todo momento, la llegada a la estancia fue muy fácil, contaba con las instrucciones claras y precisas, el lugar es muy seguro, la cocina equipada con todo lo necesario y las habitaciones limpias y muy cómodas, super recomendable! hubo un pequeño inconveniente con una regadera y lo solucionó sin problema, espero regresar pronto!

El lugar está muy bonito, fui con mi familia y nos sentimos como en casa. Cuenta con todos los servicios y proporcionan muchas cosas que te sirven para ocupar en la playa. Alonso contestaba muy pronto las dudas que teníamos. Excelente y confortable lugar, sin duda volvería a hospedarme. Lo recomiendo ampliamente

Súper atentos desde el momento de la reservación hasta el momento de la salida, instrucciones muy claras, muy amables todo muy bien. En cuanto a la casa, todo lo que describe es tal cual está. La casa muy cómoda y el lugar muy tranquilo para poder descansar y salir a caminar muy tranquilos. Muy limpio todo. Muy recomendado.

Juan's place is great if you're looking for a safe, quiet, luxurious stay. Everything was clean and as described, the gated community is relaxed and family-friendly with great amenities like access to the sports club. Had excellent communication with Juan, made me feel very welcome and he could help me out with any question. I didn't mind the location at all, a 20 minute ride on the e-bike to the center was fine in exchange for staying in the more relaxed and peaceful environment. I'd come back anytime!
