Nice apartment located on one of the nicest streets in Playa del Carmen, perfect for a stay as a couple with everything you need to rest and get to know the surroundings, clean, comfortable and safe.

Very nice apartment, with everything you need, is in a complex with several amenities, beach, a giant pool, jacuzzi, has restaurants. Very good communication and response from the hosts. Both at the entrance and exit were very punctual. The apartment is clean and working well everything we used. Highly recommended 👌

We had a great time at this property, accessible at all times Paulina. The facilities match the images. In my opinion, the beach would be better if you have a car, since it's a bit far away and access is through the beach club.

The apartment is spacious, modern and well located in a beautiful quiet environment. The city is very quickly accessible by car. The residence's beach is a 25-minute walk or a 5-minute drive. The pools in the residence are beautiful. We had a great time at Omar's place. We'd recommend this place for an unforgettable vacation. Thank you Omar!

Great place! Wasn't sure what i was getting into when we first pulled up as we'd never been to PDC before. Turns out we were 5 easy blocks from the beach and 5th Avenue which is where all the action is for tourist food and festivities. The place is also surrounded by 'local' food and fare as well - El Fogon is 2 blocks away, Walmart is 2 blocks away, many local tiendas from right downstairs to blocks away. Very clean - A/C's were working - had an issue with a drawer (at 7am) and Allen had it fixed within an hour. The balcony got great AM sun - i spent most of my time while there on the balcony just because we came from the North and i desired heat. But ... this place is not for those seeking solitude and silence, though. It's very loud with street noise. The tour busses start coming by at 7am and don't stop until about 9pm. All day. Everyday. But if you stayed closer to 5th Avenue you'd have to deal with the club music so it's a toss up. We had a blast and loved all of it!

Bernardo is a great host. Very proactive and responsive. This is the perfect place to stay in Playa del Carmen. Is surrounded by a beautiful street full of good restaurants and a bunch of different activities. A couple minutes away from the beach and with security at all times in the front desk. We absolutely love it!

We loved our stay at Rachel's Beautiful Condo! As the pictures shows, her space is wonderful in so many ways! It is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable, and she is a kind, responsive and fantastic host! We would not hesitate to stay here again. The pool at the Elements is fantastic, the food at the ocean grill is great and so convenient, there is an awesome yoga center just across the street, and the ocean views are great. We really enjoyed our stay there - 5 stars!!!

We stayed at this beautiful casa for three months, and it truly deserves five stars. The property was stunning, with gorgeous gardens that made spending time outdoors a real pleasure. The hosts were fantastic- always friendly, attentive and quick to respond to anything we needed. Their hospitality made our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Patricio was a wonderful host and very responsive. The area was perfect, as you are a minute's walk from the beach. The construction was not very disturbing; in the downstairs rooms, there is more noise. The surrounding area has tons of restaurants and shopping, and you are a ten-minute walk from town. The neighborhood felt safe, and the house had everything we needed for an enjoyable week-long stay!

Nothing like arriving at some place and feeling that it was prepared to receive and welcome you warmly. That is how we felt when we get to the Kaan 204. The property is well maintained and Saúl, the concierge made everything to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. Tha staff at Quadra Aléa is kind, professional and extremely efficient. You can notice it by how well taken care of the common areas are (gardens, pools, gym, outdoors terraces), perfect! The condo is at walking distance from basically anything you might need during your stay. We definitely would look forward to staying at any unit managed by Matt.

If you are looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay, this is a place for you! The house is located at the end of a quiet street in a beautiful neighborhood. It has easy access to the Playa Car beach which is usually less crowded than other beaches in Playa. The host provided chairs, umbrella and beach towels, making beach trips even more pleasent. Communication with the host was absolutely perfect, she even came to meet us, which we appreciated very much. The house has a great collection of books, from Mayan culture and wildlife to mystery novels to read when relaxing by the pool. Overall, this was a perfect vacation. It was excellent, the host was always attentive to us, and answered quickly. The house is very comfortable and above all very clean, with everything in order. In a very safe private community, friendly guards at all times. I recommend it 100%. They welcomed us with the air conditioning in the room on for a comfortable welcome. It has everything you need to spend a long time in Playa del Carmen. Convenience stores two blocks away, it has a shared pool. Overall excellent, that's why 5/5.

Juan's place is great if you're looking for a safe, quiet, luxurious stay. Everything was clean and as described, the gated community is relaxed and family-friendly with great amenities like access to the sports club. Had excellent communication with Juan, made me feel very welcome and he could help me out with any question. I didn't mind the location at all, a 20 minute ride on the e-bike to the center was fine in exchange for staying in the more relaxed and peaceful environment. I'd come back anytime!

The house is very comfortable, highly recommended... The beds have good mattresses to rest, the rooms have air conditioning, super comfortable and easy access by vehicle and pedestrian.
