Apartment vacation rentals in Playacar Beach

Loved this place! The instructions to get into the community were a little confusing but we were able to work it out okay. The community is beautiful and they have decorated the apartment gorgeously! My only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer and use all of the amenities! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Awesome place for the family! I was a little skeptical about at first buying an Airbnb in Mexico (since I have never been there before), but after staying here, I can definitely say I will be back. I never once felt unsafe and it was nice to see the police everywhere around the neighborhood for added security. The place was easy to find and a very great location, the taxis around Playa del Carmen are also very reasonable. So many restaurant options all within a five minute walk of the property. Also, plenty of late night bars to stop at. The roof top pool was perfect and had a great view of the ocean and Cozumel. Pool also has a bar with great drink prices. The beach was a quick walk away, but I would suggest taking a taxi though too Playa - 72, a much more quiet beach if you don't want a crowd. Lastly, the host was very attentive and always responded when needed. The front desk was also a great resource for anything we needed. I will definitely be back here!

We absolutely loved Olivia’s place at AWA residences. The apartment is gorgeous just like the photos. Pool is amazing, the biggest pool I’ve ever seen. Has everything you might need and more. Inside playacar which is a plus. I would recommend it to everyone. Couples, singles, and families. I want to go back already

We loved our stay! Michela's place was everything we needed and more. It's location was perfect and walkable to the beach and several restaurants. She even gave us great recommendations that we had fun checking out! The place was very cool, you are right on 5th avenue, but you feel like you're in the jungle! I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for something lively and fun!

Excelente lugar todo muy lindo tal cual como las fotos, es un lugar tranquilo si es lo que buscas, nosotros viajamos en familia con niños y una persona de la tercera edad y la verdad fue una experiencia extraordinaria ya que todos disfrutaron de la comodidad y la exclusividad de las instalaciones, el anfitrión siempre estuvo muy atento a mis dudas antes de la reservación y durante mi estancia, un lugar muy recomendable.

Muy buen lugar, cerca de la quinta avenida y con alberca casi privada para nosotros, tiene 2 camas y es para 4 personas, muy amigable Iris siempre te contesta y te responde si tienes dudas o alguna falla, lo único fue que un día dormimos sin aire acondicionado y estaba haciendo mucho calor pero al día siguiente Iris nos ayudó para repararlo; nos gustó mucho, volveríamos a llegar ahí

Irias was incredible with the check in and check out process. She was always available when we needed her. The place is incredible. I just loved the roof top private pool! I have nothing negative to say about this property. I will definitely stay there again.

El lugar está muy cerca de la 5ta avenida. Pero del lado donde no están los antros , por tal razón no se percive ruido al momento de dormir. El área lo sentí muy seguro . El apartamento es como se describe en las fotos . Muy cómodo . Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

I was there for a week the host reach to me the same of checking in to make sure everything was fine the unit was excellent as described location if you are familiar whit La Quinta well you are one coner street away close to 38th north great restaurants on that Calle close access to beach public clean lots of space a excellent location and services 5 star rating from me and recommended.

Rudy's place is exactly as described. It was so cute and extremely clean! Rudy made sure he sent the rules of the home as well as a brochure to what to do in Playa as far as excursions, food beaches and etc. Rudy was on vacation himself; however Rolando was extremely helpful. I can text this man in the late evening with a question and he would respond back in less than 30mins and I thought that was impressive for a past 10pm response. For those passionate in regard to visiting Playa Del Carmen I can say this is the Airbnb to book!

Un departamento muy bonito, muy bien ubicado, atrás de la calle está la estación ADO Alterna, un CircleK a unos 10 metros, dos cuadras de la playa, céntrico, súper cómodo el lugar, un gran lugar al que sin duda regresariamos, altamente recomendable. Miguel fue amable y atento con las indicaciones para la llegada y la salida. Todo se 10.

Great place to stay in Playa Del Carmen. The property is beautiful and the pool is great. Highlight is lounging in the hammock over the water. Place was super clean and having 2 king beds is fantastic. Host was great with providing instructions. 15 minute walk to the closest beach and also 15 minute walk to the end of famous 5th avenue. An OXXO across the street with a few eateries, and the pool bar has a little cafe with snacks you can buy. Definitely recommend!

Michael and Ernesto were very proactive during my stay even when the air conditioning created massive condensation and leaked into the bathrooms, it was resolved and fully cleaned within a few hours. They were great hosts and would stay again!

Our stay at Andres’ was perfect. The condo was super clean, the location was perfect for us, 24/7 security, helpful concierge if we needed. My questions were answered in a timely manner. Our hosts were always willing to help, which we appreciated. I would stay here again!

Eine wunderschöne und moderne Wohnung, die stilvoll und praktisch eingerichtet ist. Wir haben hervorragend geschlafen: Es war ruhig, das Bett sehr bequem und die Klimatisierung hervorragend. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pförtner/die Pförtnerin waren immer freundlich und die meisten sprachen etwas Englisch. Die Kommunikation mit Françoise war schnell und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung übertraf unsere Erwartungen auf Grund der Beschreibung, wir würden wieder buchen. :-)

Fue una estancia maravillosa, falto un poquito de limpieza pero creo que fue un descuido en cocina, pero todo genial. Ubicacion excelenter a espaldas de coco bongo y justo al lado de quinta avenida.

El alojamiento es perfecto, tal cual se muestra en las fotos. La playa esta a 1 cuadra y la 5ta avenida a 2 cuadras, la ubicación es ideal. La alberca es maravillosa. Frank estuvo al pendiente de todo cuando lo necesitamos.

Alizees place was perfect. It’s right by the beach, close to restaurants, taxi services, close to Quinta Avenida, a 30 min walk to the ferry. The place is huge, beautiful balcony, fully equipped kitchen, a pretty rooftop pool & such a comfortable vibe. She was so helpful, accommodating, and even shared some fun spots for us to check out, which we did and were impressed! Some things to note: - Sargassum season gives a strong scent from the balcony but, it didn’t bother us as I’m an ocean lover - On the weekend, the restaurant below plays slightly loud music but again, didn’t bother us as I love the musical aspect of Mexican culture & it stopped around midnight anyways - Takes a bit of time to get cold water because it’s hot down there but I’m used to things like this personally! - The electricity limit was a surprise to me, maybe I didn’t read it on the listing initially but we had plenty of usage and so far I was not charged for it Thanks so much. Definitely hope to return again 🤎

Host very responsive throughout and provided excellent directions. The location is the best in Playa with everything eg convenience store, pharmacy, cafe etc etc accessible within a 5 minute walk. Its also a short stroll to the beach. The unit was as described and it was hot and muggy this time of year but the a/c's worked very well. The unit was quiet despite some other reviews mentioning hearing the swimming pool mechanism from upstairs but we didnt notice that. The sound-proofing was good and the music from nearby clubs etc was also not an issue at night. The balcony was nice. The kitchen is not the most functional but we ate out and so it wasnt an issue. The roof and pools were nice and we spent some evenings there, it was never too busy, at least this time of the year. We had a car, and there is a garage in the building but parking is not the easiest because parking spaces were very teeny, so we suggest renting a smaller car if you intend to drive here. All in all terrific stay.

Excelente ubicación, muy bonito lugar, cómodo, cumple con las amenidades, salvo el centro de lavado están descompuestas, estacionamiento chico pero pues tiene si ganas el lugar. Me volvería alojar con gusto.

Muy bonita vistas, el hotel muy bonito y excelente ubicación cerca de la quinta. Y muy buena atención de todos!

Alejandro’s place was perfect for my stay. It was exactly as described and in a very walkable area of town.
