Monthly Rentals in Playa Zicatela

Beautiful spacious place consisting of the two top floors of a stylish Mexican house. Every detail of the place is amazing-high quality and comfortable furniture, stunning talavera tiles, custom wooden doors and windows, modern bathrooms and A/C units in bedroom and living. We slept very well with the double paned windows to keep the noise out and the king mattress with perfect firmness. The owners are the kindest and most helpful people. Drinking water is supplied.

Massi was helpful at all times, and gave us very useful recommendations. The place completely matches the photos. The area is good, the beach is really close. Highly recommended.

All good with Zicatela Villas. The room was very clean and it was a nice courtesy act from them to leave some amenities, such as water bottles, soap, shampoo. Nice cost benefit

I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bathroom is very comfortable, and the air conditioning was a glory after walking to breakfast. It is also very well located, you can walk to the beach and wash beds like 2 blocks away. The beach is clean and you can get in but carefully as it is open sea and there can be dangerous currents.
