Wonderful vacation. Amazing views. Can't say enough positive things about Katrin and her beautiful home. Very cozy place with open balconies, while appreciating the history of the building. If the nightly swim doesn't cool you off, the AC helps tremendously! We will definitely return to this location.

Cleanliness, comfort, security and a good location! This is how I would describe this place, I traveled with my baby and it definitely meets everything you could ask for. Each area, in addition to being spacious, is well planned, with air conditioning in every space from the bathroom to the living room and the kitchen, so you'll never complain about the heat. It also has air conditioning (new) in the bedroom. 1- comfortable bed, clean towels, sheets and blankets. 2- Randy offers a water jug, beach umbrella, mosquito nets on each door and window, a spacious refrigerator, and a washing machine. It's super close to the areas you'll want to visit: 🙌🏻 beaches, bars, clubs, viewpoints. La Punta Zicatela Beach 2 minutes away Definitely recommended !!

The house is very nice, our stay was pleasant, we really enjoyed the pool. The hostess was very kind and helpful at all times. The area is close to Zicatela, about 13 minutes walk, but it gets a little tiring on the way back as it is uphill and the heat is intense. However, it is easy to take transport such as a taxi or a minibus that passes by out there, or by walking a little, there are buses that go along the main avenue.

If you are looking for a comfortable and quiet place to spend a few days in Puerto Escondido, this is the best place. You are a few minutes from the shopping area and restaurants, but you can still enjoy the tranquility to rest at night. The pool is the best place to spend the afternoon and cool off a little. It is a beautiful space in the house, surrounded by vegetation and with a lot of light where you can sunbathe quietly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, they have everything you need, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast and coffee! Which will make you start the day perfectly. I would definitely stay at Casa Maya again on my next visit to Puerto Escondido

La Jolla of Escondido was absolutely incredible. The home is stunning, with a private balcony overlooking the beach where we spent hours watching the surfers and soaking in the view. It was such a treat to have that kind of peace and privacy. Tim was a fantastic host—super friendly, responsive, and made sure we got in safely from Oaxaca Centro. His wife even stocked the kitchen with fresh fruit, which was such a thoughtful touch. We felt so comfortable and well taken care of. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Karen was so clear with the communication all the time, the best thing is the location, you can walk everywere from the building, just one block away from a Main Street, you have restaurants and everything nearby. The space is perfect for 3 o 2 people and it’s pet friendly. The air conditioning works very well. We would like to stay here if we go back to Puerto Escondido.
