Gaby was great! Super responsive, took care of all our requests. The place itself was perfect for what we needed, all toiletries were provided. Gaby also sent a laundry service to us to change the sheets and provide new towels. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, it was fully loaded. The only thing I will complain about is the bed not being very comfortable and the sheets kept coming off even when I would put them back in place.

Alex place was a great place with beautiful views. I would definitely recommend place. The bar and grill below played music in the evenings and had 2x1 deals and half price deals. Good food also.

Mercedes was an amazing host who was always happy and willing to help and made sure we had an impeccable stay at what already was a perfect location. Great AirBnB hosted by an great host. Highly recommended.

Super Lage direkt am Strand. Balkon mit Meerblick. Restaurants und kleine Geschäfte fußläufig. Schöne, komfortable Wohnung. Küchenausstattung ein wenig spartanisch. Größere Kochpläne sollte man eher nicht haben. Es empfiehlt sich einen Mietwagen zu haben um Einkaufszentren und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen, ist aber nicht zwingend notwendig, sofern man mit Strand und Meer zufrieden ist. Leider keine Jalousien oder Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten nachts, was uns zum Frühaufsteher machte. Sicherheit und Sauberkeit der Anlage hervorragend. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

We enjoyed our stay here! We booked last minute and everything was ready and even was available for early check-in that day if needed. The location is very nice along the north part of the Hotel zone with easy access to restaurants along the strip or in the city. The grounds are beautiful, not too big and so the pool was very close, and the beach was just past it! The beach was as others describe- very calm, shallow for a long ways and perfect for little ones or relaxing in the water! There are designated swimming areas marked off. This is a two bedroom hotel room and, like others have mentioned, the entrance opens into the first room. The bathroom is between the two bedrooms and there are doors separating each space. There is a door separating these rooms to the unit next door, which you can hear very easily through. Everything was clean, no bugs, and water pressure was good. The shower is a rain shower head, which may be why some have noted lower water pressure.

Every thing & everyone were super! Condo is very nice & comfy! Great location, the view is amazing. Private but also had the amenities of the property (great restaurants on site, bellmen, tour arrangements in lobby & store for basic needs ). We spent our anniversary & my husband’s birthday here for 7nights. We’re pleasantly surprised by hosts on our special occasion. So much to see & do so close by! Larger grocery just a bus stop away. Pool & beach chairs always were always available. Great security on site 24/7. The bed was amazingly 🥰so very comfortable (and I am picky). The air conditioning was super! Trust me, central ac is a must in Mexico!! (for me anyways) and I am from a hot/humid climate in the USA. The washer/dryer was a nice plus as well ! I have been coming to Areas in Mexico for 30 years and would highly recommend this condo!! Would definitely come back. Thank you Juan & Edith for making our vacation one to remember 😘😘.

El lugar es muy tranquilo al ser una privada, muy seguro, puede uno ir caminando a la playa y al ferry qué sale a isla mujeres, considero que es una opción ideal para familias que desean pasar sus vacaciones con una estancia espectacular. Sin duda será una próxima opción de alojamiento. Tienes a estas metros tienda de conveniencia y farmacia. y a 10 minutos centros comerciales.

We stayed here Easter weekend for family vacation with our 3 college age kids. The home is beautiful and comfortable. View is amazing. Location was perfect for exploring. Octavio was very responsive and shared recommendations,

Couldn’t have asked for a better location for our first trip to Isla Mujeres! Beautiful beach views and close to shops & restaurants on both the north & south ends of the island! The house was clean & comfortable with plenty of room for our 2 families. Communication with the concierge prior to the trip was wonderful & they had golf carts rented & delivered right to the house for us! Someone met us at the house when we arrived & showed us around & gave us all the info we needed. The pool was cool & refreshing on the hot days & they provided plenty of beach towels to use. My only complaint was that the WiFi was spotty & didn’t work in one of the upstairs rooms. Not sure if the issue was the house specifically or just reception on the island in general. Either way we managed to have a great time without it! :)

Robin’s place was perfect for our multi-generation family holiday. The simple studio apartment on the ground floor was perfect for me and my little kids, and the more luxurious apartment upstairs was very comfortable for grandparents and aunt&uncle! The pool and backyard were tidied daily (the pool was so refreshing and a big hit with the kids), and the beach was just a quick walk over the road. We were perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful family trip. Robin organized a van and driver to drive us to and from the airport, and a chef took cook dinners for us — which was such a treat! Robin was super responsive and friendly and always very quick to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

Sylvia's home was just perfect for our sisters getaway. 3br/ 3bath and a great living area to gather. The decks overlooking the ocean were perfect for morning coffee and cocktails by pool (overlooking the ocean) were splendid. Local concierges and housekeepers Maribel and Jose couldn't be more responsive and helpful. It was a wonderful stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment/condo! It was spacious, very well decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The air-conditioning and ceiling fans kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. The location was ideal for us - right in the centre of the island, so it’s nice and quiet, but still within easy reach of the vibrant North Beach and the more laid-back South. There are plenty of great restaurants all over the island, so you’re really spoiled for choice. The on-site bar and restaurant were a great bonus as it was super convenient, especially for a relaxing drink after a day in the sun. Any noise from the bar ended by 10 pm, so it never disturbed us. We also loved having access to three different swimming pools, especially the rooftop , which was quiet with great views. Julie is a great host who was very welcoming and responsive to our needs, thanks Julie! We’d absolutely recommend this place and would love to return.

Unit was exactly as described and included all amenities. Very spacious, nice balcony with a beautiful view at sunset. Had no issues with hot water. Host had sunscreen and bug spray for guests to use during their stay - a very nice touch. The rooftop area and pool are absolutely amazing, with a gorgeous view!

Excelente lugar, tal cual se ve en las fotos y se describe el lugar. Muy accesible, cerca de playas, supermercados y gasolinera. Volvería a hospedarme en lugar si regreso a Cancún. BONUS, dentro del condominio hay una tienda y sirve comidas por si no quieres salir del lugar encuentras todo ahí mismo. El anfitrión siempre estuvo pendiente de que todo saliera bien.

My now fiancée and I stayed at Eric’s place after a long year of grinding toward my degree. This was the perfect location to relax and unwind. Whether we wanted to sit on the beach or lay by the pool we had both options. The Airbnb is in a gated community to add a level of comfort and safety as well. Eric and his team provided us with a plethora of options and recommendations to explore while in Cancun. We were put in touch with a local masseuse and she came right to the Airbnb. Highly recommend this to anyone traveling here to relax. Any concerns I had during our stay Eric and his team were quick to answer and made the trip seamless. If you are looking for a great option outside of the hotel zone this is the place to go! Also a short 5 minute walk to the port to head to Isla Mujeres which in my opinion is a must see location.

Una excelente estancia, todo muy limpio, agradable, al llegar el A/C ya estaba encendido por lo cual el condo estaba súper agradable, acceso al transporte público solo a unos pasos, entrada y salida autónoma, Miriam siempre estuvo al pendiente de nosotros y la comunicación estuvo excelente.

Excelente lugar, la vista es espectacular desde el balcón del departamento, la atención de recepción y la limpieza es fantástica, mi único inconveniente es que estaba la cafetera pero no había café, de ahí en fuera todo es maravilloso.

Local perto de várias comodidades, limpo, agradável e com fácil acesso para outros lugares! Recomendo!

The apartment was beautiful. The amenities were fantastic. The host was very responsive. The building was very clean and the security was great. It was in the central of the City so everything was really close by. I enjoyed the neighborhood, the locals, and all the available amenities - including shopping centers, malls, restaurants, and grocery store really close. The building had a great swimming pool, a fantastic gym to work out in, it was on the 12th floor with a beautiful view of the city & the lagoons nearby, and it was generally comfortable overall. My only concern was the hot water only seemed to work for a minute or two, then, I would have to shut off the shower, wait another minute to turn it back on & keep doing this until the end of the cycle of the water. It was very annoying. Also, there was re-modeling being done on the apartment above, so the construction noise was really loud in the daytime. The host was very sympathetic & tried to help, but could not do anything.

My family and I want to offer a glowing review of our recent stay at Daniels property. We enjoyed every aspect of our holiday experience in this beautiful apartment. From the beautiful lagoon view to biking around the neighborhood, it was everything we could have asked for. Not only was the apartment clean and comfortable but the staff who takes care of the property takes great care to keep the place looking amazing. The restaurant on premise was also such a nice bonus - happy hour daily and a nice assortment of choices on the menu. As a host, Daniel laid out perfect instructions on how to enter the premises, provided plenty of dining and shopping options and was responsive when we needed him. I highly recommend this property and would be happy to come back if ever we were to visit Cancun again.
