Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Playa Río Mar

This home was perfect! In a luxury, private peaceful gated community of Buenaventura. Home was exactly what we were looking for while celebrating our 25th anniversary. You can lounge by the backyard pool or walk 50 feet and play in the hotel pool! Very well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds and last but not least it always so reassuring to have a good host that you can rely on. Sandra and Esi were just that!

Rustic house sitting on a gorgeous property in a beautiful town! Two large outdoor areas to relax and soak in the beauty of the property. Location is just one block from the main street making it an easy walk to town. The kitchen is dated but had the basics needed for our cooking needs.

This is the perfect getaway. Stepping onto the property feels like stepping into a magical storybook. The babbling brook, gorgeous chalet, and cozy surroundings were perfect for our family getaway. The only thing I think would have improved it would have been hammocks :)

Adrien is an amazing host and his place was by far one of the most nicest places I've ever stayed in. It has so much privacy and right on a very secluded beach. He had fresh mangoes waiting for me after I checked in. He was always responsive no matter what time. Thank you again, Adrien for an amazing stay!

This place has everything you need to spend a few relaxing days. My little dog enjoyed the fenced patio. The residential complex is private and very quiet. The beach is 10 steps away from the house. Vanessa was very attentive and we had good communication. Definitely a place we'll go back to.

The apartment is very impeccable! Perfect and comfortable for 7 people. The host was always attentive so that we had a good stay, I would definitely come back.

My stay was wonderful, peaceful I enjoyed long walk by the ocean and relaxing by the pool. David place is very inviting love the beach themes decorations the colors are very relaxing and the view of the surrounding area and David place are breathtaking.

The space provided, the view, attention, plus how well equipped the accommodation was, with everything necessary to make our stay a 10000/10🙌 We hope to return soon✨

Nice apartment, I wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was very clean and tidy. Good communication and instructions always. We loved the mountain and ocean view from the balcony.

Clean, spacious, pretty view from the balcony, stocked with appliances for kitchen use, washer/ dryer very helpful. Overall, great place to stay, especially off season when you can get all pools by yourself! Initially, we did not have entry cards that you need to get to different places in the building but it was resolved promptly by staff on site.

Very good place, the house is comfortable, well-equipped, very clean and is located near both beach clubs (not walking distance, but it is close). The entire check-in process and instructions were super clear.

Amazing condo, had everything we needed, great communication with hosts, they even left a crib ready for our toddler. Hope to be back one day, thank you for everything!

Loved our stay at Manuel's place. The hosts were very responsive and friendly when we communicated with them. Always on top of everything. The condo has a beautiful view where you can enjoy the sunrise and sunsets.

Chantal was a wonderful and extremely responsive. Her apartment was nicer than the photos and the view from the windows and balcony were beautiful. Not sure how different things are during the dry season, but our visit during the rainy season was peaceful and relaxing. Had the rooftop pool and lower deck pool to ourselves, paired with serene walks on the beach. Encounters with residents in the building were pleasant and the building’s staff were warm and friendly. Can’t wait to visit again.

Everything in this accommodation is 10/10. The apartment and the host is🔝🔝🔝. The apartment is divine, everything is super comfortable, we called the kitchen the "atomic kitchen" it 😂 had EVERYTHING! Super complete, impeccable, the furniture, the dream terrace! Everything is divine! We had a wonderful stay at Malakai's apartment. The design is absolutely beautiful—stylish yet cozy, and it truly feels like a home rather than a standard vacation rental. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, right down to the full set of cutlery and kitchenware. The furniture and decor are far from the typical touristic setup—they're inviting, comfortable, and clearly chosen with care. It was the perfect place to relax and feel at ease. Highly recommend!
