"Magic Sands" Studio Apartment at the Beach

Tourist apartment licence VT-50686-V. We are Erick and Maria, a friendly couple from Valencia. We have stayed in dozens of Airbnbs all around the world which inspired us to create our own Airbnb. Our cozy apartment at the Playa Pobla de Farnals is decorated in a relaxing tropical style. All guests will be welcomed by Erick and receive tourist info. Playa de Pobla de Farnals has a great atmosphere all year round, including winter. Everything is nearby: restaurants, supermarkets… and the beach!

The apartment overlooks the pool, high speed fiber optic internet connection (300Mb). Very close to a supermarket and the bus stop that leads to Valencia. Parking space available in the basement. It has a large and small swimming pool, two paddle tennis courts, mini golf area, gym, playground, social club for events and plenty of space for children to play. Playa Puebla de farnals is located 10 km from Valencia. It has numerous restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, shops, bars, promenade, marina, chill-out venues, etc.

Apartment in Farnals Pobla Beach by weeks or days (YEAR not). Second beach line, 100m from beach with blue flag. The house is very well oriented on a ground floor and fully furnished, has a large dining room with sofa bed, a large bedroom with double wardrobe, fully equipped kitchen and full bathroom, large hallway to the dining room, is perfectly distributed, the lighting is ideal. (I DO NOT ADMIT PETS)

Thanks to Irene for her kindness, the details, the cleanliness of the apartment and the "extra things" she has. Irene was very kind, she was attentive to us and very kindly left us fruit and eggs for breakfast the next day. The apartment is very well organized, the spaces are well cared for and the atmosphere of the condominium is quiet and familiar. We visited the apartment with our 3 and 6 year olds, they really enjoyed it. We didn't have a chance to visit the pool, it stays like a slope. ¡We will repeat!, it is safe. Totally recommendable 🫶 above all for small families

We had a pleasant stay at Ana’s place. Check-in was delayed due to a broken lock, but Ana’s husband responded quickly and called a locksmith — just unfortunate timing. The apartment is as described, but note that the rooms and bathroom offer limited privacy, with sliding doors that don’t fully close. It’s ideal for families or close friends. The flat is very child-friendly, with toys available, which was a big plus for us. The kitchen is well-equipped, though items like plates and utensils are stored in separate areas, making it a bit tricky to find things. Ana was very friendly and communicative, especially helpful with navigating local transport. We recommend using the Moovit app over Google Maps, as bus schedules have changed. Also, don’t miss ASCUAS — one of the best seafood meals we’ve had, and reasonably priced.

The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything. Flexible check-in and Elizaveta was always available and fixed problems immediately. The apartment is located two minutes from the sea and we felt very comfortable in the quiet place. By public transport you can quickly get to Valencia. I'd love to come back!

Julio's place was lovely and spacious. It's great having the pool right outside the door. There's shops and restaurants within walking distance. The only thing is the noise from the apartments above and beside, the walls are quite thin. Julio was very quick to respond with any queries. Thanks Julio!
