I would not hesitate to recommend Villa Zastun. Robert and Sharon were amazing hosts even providing extra water and emergency supplies during hurricane Beryl. The apartment itself was very clean and homey. The grocery store is just a couple of blocks away and there are a good many restaurants nearby. I was there for 40 days and was sad to go stay elsewhere afterwards.

We loved our stay here. Ian is an amazing host. Always available and more than happy to help with anything you may need. Excellent location, only a few minutes walk to the Main Street/plaza. Lots of restaurants. Secure access to the building. We were very comfortable here and enjoyed it even more than we expected. Highly recommended.

This is a great little place to enjoy your time in Cozumel. Just outside the city in a quiet area but easy to get everywhere. I rented the scooter and do glad I did instead of a car or taxis. Alan the manager was super responsive and I arranged pickup from him at the dock which was super helpful to find the place and we even made a stop on the way. My goal was scuba diving at the local marina and this place was perfect! For my first trip to Cozumel, I wouldn’t have done anything different. Thank you!!

Great place at Residencias Reef on Cozumel, I have stayed in this complex before they use to have a pier that belonged to the property but I believe it was washed away in 2020. If you are a diver you can still be picked up at Secrets pier next door but it will cost you 10 bucks each time. You do need a car here or the cab fares will drain your wallet. The property is beautiful, clean and well decorated. We would stay here again
