Beautiful and cozy apartment with sea view. Urbanization Puerto y Playa. Close to the beaches Playa Mistral and Playa del Estacio (3-5 minutes to walk). Accommodations with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, 2 ventilators, TV, fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, a capsule coffee machine, a washing machine. One bedroom , plus sofa bed in the living room. Large pool, playground, close to the supermarket, bars and restaurants. Paddle and tennis courts are 5 minutes to walk.

Juan Jose's attention was excellent throughout the stay. The house is very close to the beach, clean and very comfortable, it would definitely repeat!

Tranquility, comfort, very close essential services, very good pool, easy parking, cleanliness, the host who received us very kind, I indicate places and services of interest , very helpful and attentive. Our first experience with Airbnb, and it will not be our last.

A scenic pathway is lined with palm trees and well-maintained grass, leading towards the shoreline. The sky is partly cloudy, and the tranquil sea is visible in the background. Street lamps are positioned along the pathway, enhancing the pleasant atmosphere.

We were with my parents and brother (and the kids of course). We loved the house. It has spectacular views from every room and terrace. It has fans in the bedrooms and the air runs so that there is no heat and rests well. It has a very curious but very large drawer refrigerator, as well as a special area between 0º and -3º for drinks (cold cold brains). The location is exceptional, being able to go to the two Mares walking without any problem with children. The beach directly in front is like having a private beach for the few people out there. In the house there is a shower outside which is very useful when returning from the beach. It also has an adult canoe and life-saving. Isla Grosa is 2.5km away and you can get there well with the canoe (or a stand up paddle that I carried). The deal with Maria Angeles is very good and she is always willing to fix any problems that arise. we are delighted and we are likely to repeat.

The house was absolutely amazing. Great facilities, clean, spacious, beautiful front porch with direct access to the very calm beach (Mar Menor). Always a beautiful sunset by the end of the day. 50 meters from the Mar Maior (Mediterranean) beach both beaches with calm water and water temperature for sure above 30 degrees in the Mar Menor.
