From the time of booking Sergio was in contact with us, we easily arrived at the house, which complied with everything described and was very clean. The pool was always clean and the neighbors were all quiet. There was only one issue with a small leak, but it was quickly fixed thanks to Sergio. I definitely recommend the house, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay

Everything was perfect, we had an incredible few days, the place I chose because I took my mother, an older adult and the villa was the one indicated, on the ground floor, in front of the pool and a few steps from the beach.

We were delighted with the house, it is a spacious place, clean of easy access and close to the beaches by car. Super friendly host. It is definitely a great option. In addition to beautiful lighting in the evenings and a super cute kitten who is always attentive to welcome you as well.

We stayed in this house and we really loved it. Everything was super clean and the photos in the listing totally match what's there, although in person it looks even better. The host was very attentive and was available to us at all times. The location is excellent, close to the beach and several shops, so we had everything at hand. The rooms were very clean and the beds are quite comfortable, we rested very well. We went with three cars and they all entered the garage without any problem, which was super convenient. The kitchen is very well equipped, with almost everything we needed. As a detail, some patio lights didn't work, but there was still good lighting. And the pool table had a small detail, but we still had a lot of fun playing it. In short, highly recommended, we would definitely come back.

The stay was pleasant for the whole family, just be careful in the rooms because we found a scorpion. Wilson told us that they had fumigated but since they are building next door, they sneak in. Apart from that, everything was very good. Wilson recommended where to eat and the contact to bring us things from the store. Thank you for the stay.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was immaculately clean and in the perfect location. The hosts have truly thought of everything—from an iron and hair dryer to a welcome drink in the fridge and a helpful area guide. Every detail made our stay more comfortable. Everything was impeccable, Mr. Hector's availability and attention was always very helpful and the communication was very accurate. We had a problem with the blender and as soon as he could, he was at the house to solve the problem. The house in general is in excellent condition, there is no but, on the contrary, I'd like to congratulate you on the condition of the house, everything working💯, the house is very comfortable and the view it has towards the golf course gives it an extra plus, as the pool is in excellent condition and with a very good view and the water at the right temperature. Fernando's accommodation is very comfortable and was very clean, which is greatly appreciated. It matches the photos and description perfectly. Fernando was attentive to everything we asked for, supporting us in every way possible. It is a great space with a lot of design and spaciousness. We highly recommend it. It was what we wanted for a weekend in Ixtapa. A quiet place where you can rest without worrying about parking or amenities. Pedro was always very helpful.

Shelley’s place is exactly as described. It is a wonderful place to watch and listen to the waves. The beach is beautiful, very clean, and great to walk. It is peaceful and not at all overrun with tourists, which makes it feel secluded and safe. One thing that is not mentioned in other reviews is that the house is directly behind the airport. When planes take off is can be quite startling the first few times you hear it, as they are very close when flying over the house. The good news is that it takes less than 30 seconds for them to get out over the ocean and then the noise is gone. It took a little while to get used to it, but once we did it became a non issue. Plus the fact the the flights are few and far between and do not happen early in the morning or late at night makes it even more tolerable. It would not keep us from returning!

We loved our stay at Casa Tulipanes. Sylvia and her whole team were very attentive to our needs. The house was clean, well located to access the Combis that go to Ixtapa or Zihua. We made all our trips on foot and by public transport and it was really accessible and easy to use. The house is very well maintained. The staff is so much. Juanita and Benjamin in particular treated us to the little onions. We were an extended family and the space is friendly to share meals, time and be together. That's great! I would highly recommend:)

The house was beautiful, especially the outdoor spaces. Has to be one of the best views and settings in Zihua. Tamara was very responsive and helpful with local recommendations. She checked in several times to make sure everything was ok - an excellent host
