House vacation rentals in Zihuatanejo

It was what we wanted for a weekend in Ixtapa. A quiet place where you can rest without worrying about parking or amenities. Pedro was always very helpful.

An extremely pleasant vacation, the subdivision is a quiet place except for some neighbors who I imagine rented the house too and did not respect the pool rules, otherwise everything was excellent, it is in a very good location (we moved around in a private car) because from there the most popular beaches of Zihuatanejo and Ixtapa are quite close, there is an Oxxo right at the entrance of the subdivision which is very much appreciated. The attention Eduardo and his wife gave us was excellent, always attentive and very kind, we would definitely stay here again.

Everything is very good with the house. The stay was great. Very nice house and thoughtful. Very spacious and suitable for large families or large groups. Very quiet and we really enjoyed that we went with many children, they had a great time and enjoyed the pool. I highly recommend it!

We loved our stay at Casa Tulipanes. Sylvia and her whole team were very attentive to our needs. The house was clean, well located to access the Combis that go to Ixtapa or Zihua. We made all our trips on foot and by public transport and it was really accessible and easy to use. The house is very well maintained. The staff is so much. Juanita and Benjamin in particular treated us to the little onions. We were an extended family and the space is friendly to share meals, time and be together. That's great! I would highly recommend:)

Claudia (and Claudia) were great hosts. As described, the home is up the hill from playa la ropa so it’s probably smart to have a car. There are taxis available but it’s a hot, sweaty walk up the hill even if you’re fit. The three things that really stand out are the pool, the view, and especially Claudia the housekeeper/cook. She was kind and responsive to our needs. She made a wonderful Mexican breakfast every morning and kept the place clean and tidy. We had a great stay!

The property is excellent, very well equipped, swimming pool, air conditioning, garage, security, Miriam was super attentive and always available for whatever was offered, in a very good area, quiet and safe, with all the amenities that she indicates! It was perfect! Thank you!

Everything was perfect, we had an incredible few days, the place I chose because I took my mother, an older adult and the villa was the one indicated, on the ground floor, in front of the pool and a few steps from the beach.

We were delighted with the house, it is a spacious place, clean of easy access and close to the beaches by car. Super friendly host. It is definitely a great option. In addition to beautiful lighting in the evenings and a super cute kitten who is always attentive to welcome you as well.

A beautiful place, with good access to the sea. Great hosts, and a very warm atmosphere The only thing would be that the internet does not arrive very well, and some appliances like microwave or an oven are needed. But to disconnect and be enjoying 100 of the place with your partner is ideal

The stay was pleasant for the whole family, just be careful in the rooms because we found a scorpion. Wilson told us that they had fumigated but since they are building next door, they sneak in. Apart from that, everything was very good. Wilson recommended where to eat and the contact to bring us things from the store. Thank you for the stay.

Mr. Enrique, who was the one who attended to us, was flexible with the check-in and check-out times, was in constant communication, is very talkative and cool. He recommended many areas to go, beaches so that my girlfriend's dog could enter, restaurants and activities. He gave us our space but was still attentive the whole time. During the stay everything was excellent, the only thing that happened as an additional situation was that the gas ran out, but as soon as we notified Enrique he went straight to the house and Mau was attentive and they solved the problem together as soon as possible, but I insist, it was something that did not depend on them. The pool was very nice, warm and clean. The house is spacious, comfortable, they left us towels for the pool and bathroom, it has air conditioning and fans, the truth is that our stay was very pleasant.

We were very comfortable during our stay, we really enjoyed the house; Maritere, Xochitl and the whole team were always attentive and helpful! Thank you for everything! Highly recommended

Monica was always available and was very attentive, the facilities were clean and everything was in order, the instructions were precise and helpful, we liked that nearby there were many things like an Oxxo, an Aurrerá and several places to eat or shop. Definitely a good experience!!

Just like you see in the photos. Luis responded quickly to our questions and everything was very clear. We had a problem with the water, and it was resolved immediately.

this place fit all of us comfortably, had a lot of space and the pool was the perfect thing we needed! definitely recommend, and will come back again!

We had a great time! The stay was very quiet, the area is safe and quiet. Restaurants and Oxxos are very close, which is very convenient. If you bring a car, you can easily move to nearby beaches. Valeria(co-host) was always attentive and answered immediately. Thank you very much for everything!

Shelley’s place is exactly as described. It is a wonderful place to watch and listen to the waves. The beach is beautiful, very clean, and great to walk. It is peaceful and not at all overrun with tourists, which makes it feel secluded and safe. One thing that is not mentioned in other reviews is that the house is directly behind the airport. When planes take off is can be quite startling the first few times you hear it, as they are very close when flying over the house. The good news is that it takes less than 30 seconds for them to get out over the ocean and then the noise is gone. It took a little while to get used to it, but once we did it became a non issue. Plus the fact the the flights are few and far between and do not happen early in the morning or late at night makes it even more tolerable. It would not keep us from returning!

Excellent place, with lots of privacy and access to the pool at any time. You can see the bay from the house, everything is very quiet.

The house is super nice and spacious, it has a very nice landscape.
