We were delighted with the place, it is super quiet, perfect to relax with the family, the food in the restaurant is exquisite and the AirBNB is very organized. Fernando quickly cleared up all my doubts. If we would stay here again.

Very close to everything, shops, beaches, very attentive staff.

To say I didn’t want to leave that view would be an understatement!! The condo was clean, close to great restaurants and beaches. The taxi driver had a difficult time locating the condo but we eventually found it!

Our stay at this house was excellent. We spent 4 days and 3 nights in a cozy, well-kept space with all the necessary amenities to feel at home. From the moment we arrived, the host welcomed us with kindness and attention, making sure we had a pleasant experience. The location is ideal, close to the beaches and the atmosphere is perfect for rest and play. We would definitely recommend this place and return in the future. Thank you for a great experience!

The truth is that I have no complaints, and I wouldn't know what to recommend, it is a fairly clean, modern and impeccable house and Alexander is a very friendly and attentive person, I would definitely come back😉

Great hosts and an incredible condo, location and views. Unit is spacious and well done. Balcony is quite large with beautiful views of the pool and beach. Condo staff is great. A great place to stay when exploring Ixtapa and Zihua!!! We will be back!

Eric & Alejandra were great hosts. We loved the location, easy walk to beach, market and numerous great restaurants in Centro. Taxi stand right across the street from complex. Nice complex with two pools. Unit is fantastic, AC in bedroom, nice living room, kitchen, dining area as well as 3 private outdoor spaces. Great internet. Highly recommend it, we will be back!!

The apartment is impeccable, beautiful, it looks new and everything works, absolute tranquility, the pool is clean and warm, everyone is super friendly, attentive and I highly recommend it and of course we will return, it is a wonderful place to spend an incredible vacation, the host is the kindest of all and I thank her very much!!

Amazing area with easy access to town. Beach is just a short walk away. the pool is amazing which has a snack bar. We really enjoyed our stay here. would recommend.

This was our fifth visit to the Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo area. We have never stayed in the Marina but this was a pleasant surprise. The view of the bay is spectacular - best we have had. The unit is well equipped with gas stove top and all of the cooking utensils you need. The beds were very comfortable and the AC worked well. Howard is a good host. He answered all of my questions and the property manager met us promptly at the property. The only negative for some folks is that it is a 15 min walk to the main Ixtapa restaurant district. We enjoyed the walk and there are a few closer restaurants in the marina. The benefit is that this resort is much quieter than some of the resorts we stayed at that were closer. Overall highly recommended!

The place is very nice, apart from us we felt very comfortable. Definitely recommended!

The condo is very nice and in a beautiful complex with a large pool area overlooking the beach. There is a mall area that is a 1.5km walk or use the mini-bus for 12 pesos (the same bus will take you to Zihua for 24 pesos). The bus will stop right outside the condo gate. The mall has many good restaurants, shops and a small supermarket (Merza) for groceries. Ixtapa is much quieter than many Mexican resort towns (no noisy late night clubs) and we enjoyed that. Central Zihua on the bay is about 30 minutes away on the mini-bus (a short walk from the bus stop in Zihua) and there are many good restaurants along pedestrian only streets and beautiful scenery there.
