Lovely, welcoming casita for two in the tranquil Andalucian countryside. This is truly a place to unwind and relax. Walking and cycling tracks direct from the door. The village is 5 minutes drive away with 3 bars, serving delicious food. 15 minutes away is the lovely town of Huercal-Overa where you can find all amenities including supermarkets, restaurants and beautiful architecture in the old town where you can while away many an hour with a drink and tapa. Because we were going on a monthly stay, I was looking for a house with more bedrooms (for possible visits) and its own pool. This house absolutely met our expectations. You could say he surpassed it. David patiently communicated with us during the trip. Upon arrival, he did not spare us local recommendations, he patiently and promptly answered our questions. He very quickly fixed the broken dishwasher. They brought a new one and installed it in a few days. The house has all the necessary amenities you need for a shorter or longer stay, including a grill. The house is in a quiet part, relaxed neighbors, and not far from the center of events (about 1.5 km walk). There are plenty of different restaurants in the area, the local Sunday markets are excellent. We often went on bike rides (from 20 to 105 km). Also, the trips were worth it (Vera aquapark, Cartagena, Mojacar, Pulpí). In short, I can only recommend this location, this house and especially this host. And if it works out, we want to come again next year. It was amazing.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks to go wakeboarding at Lunar Cable Park. The apartment is wonderful. The location is very quiet and yet good restaurants, supermarket, etc. are within walking distance. Christine gave us great recommendations and always offered her help. We'll be back for sure! Thank you for everything!!

The house is spotless. Very well equipped and very nice for everything. Newly renovated. From there we moved to the beaches with ease. Either on foot or by car. A great area. The port is a 3-minute walk away and a supermarket is very close by.

A natural rock formation frames a view of the sparkling blue Mediterranean Sea. Sunlight glistens on the water, while waves gently lap against the rocky shore. A secluded area invites relaxation with a sense of tranquility and connection to nature.
