Wow. It's like a home star. Well equipped. You have to take advantage of the pool is great for swimming and the beach is super close.

The apartment was great. The air conditioning works very well. it was clean and we did not lack anything and the grocery store is a 5 min walk. The resort is very quiet, almost too much. The only catch is that in the evening we didn't want to enjoy the pool and balcony because there are a lot of raccoons and stray cats

We had a wonderful time staying here! The house was beautiful and very comfortable. It was stocked with the necessity’s but not cluttered. Seven was very prompt with responding to any questions that we had. The backyard space with the hammocks and small private pool/waterfall was one of the main reasons we booked this villa and it did not disappoint! The villa is very close to streets full of shopping and restaurants, making it very easy to enjoy Tamarindo without a car. She had wonderful local recommendations for transport, excursions, and restaurants. Free access to the Langosta Beach Club (which is a walkable distance) that is included in this villa booking was the cherry on top, which was where we spent most of our days. Absolutely recommend this place and we cannot wait to come back and visit again!

Our favourite stay in our entire Costa Rica trip! Such a beautiful and cozy interior. The outdoor double shower was as glamorous as you could imagine! Steps from a beautiful beach Conveniently close to the airport, but also surrounded by beautiful beaches 10 minute drives away

Views were stunning with an infinity pool. Huge kitchen and bedrooms. Beautiful home.

We had a wonderful time! The place was exactly as pictured, clean and had great views! The activities and pool were only a short walk. Lots of nearby restaurants and shopping. I would absolutely recommend staying at Stephen’s place!

I don’t even know how to best describe our incredible experience. Steve and Claire were beyond cordial and accommodating, to the point where Steve was going to get his car and meet us where we got lost (our fault). Their recommendations for food, shopping and gas were spot on. They helped us find beaches as well. They respond to questions within minutes. Now let’s talk about the villa. We walked in and felt like we were staying at a five-star resort. Everything was impeccably decorated and very well fought out. It’s the little details that matter, such as light switches by the bed to spacious en suite in each room. The outside space was spectacular, and we lived out there most of the time, even swimming in the rain. It was so fun having iguanas and geckos joining us. We took advantage of some of the services Steve and Claire offered and had a private chef prepared dinner, which was definitely one of the highlights. Thank you, Steven and Claire, for an unforgettable experience!

Our family of 4 (2 parents and 2 teens) spent a week at Benton's place and loved every second. The home is gorgeous and exceptionally well stocked. The beds are very comfortable (something that is very important to us) and the spaces are pleasant. The view is second to none! If you are looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle of your own life or busy tourist locations to recharge, this place is it. Benton was incredibly helpful, friendly and responsive. He booked a fantastic chef for us for 3 meals (some of the best meals we had while in the area) and a wonderful snorkeling adventure. He also gave us great recommendations on the best grocery stores and restaurants in the area. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Casa Azul and what a thoughtful and kind host Benton is. You won't be disappointed with a stay here.

What a gem. To see that view when you walk in the door is amazing. It’s a beautiful house with everything you may need for your stay. Beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked and the pool is exactly like the pictures with warm water and bar stools to gaze out over that stunning view. The AC & fans do a great job of keeping you cool as a retreat from outside. We also loved the use of the beach chairs, towels and beach toys for the whole family. Our 3 small children loved it! We will be back!

my husband and I loved our stay at Casa Gungun! Rodrigo was very good at communicating. We loved the peaceful area and the view was amazing! the road to the place is very rough and makes it a bit harder in and out for doing things but just know you don't get anywhere fast in costa rica. Ate the best pizza of our life at Kon tiki! Hot tub struggled to get hot with the power outages was the only slight bummer but we enjoyed it when it was hot outside instead!

The best Airbnb I’ve ever booked, worthy of a honeymoon. The pool is amazing, the lighting is artsy, the rooms are spacious, the set up is unique. You feel like you’re in a movie. I will be coming back for sure, especially since they’re upgrading and building new homes on the property which I’m sure will also be stunning.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is perfect—just a short, scenic walk to the beach, where we felt like we had a little slice of paradise to ourselves. One of the most magical parts? We spotted monkeys in the trees right off our deck—it felt like something out of a nature documentary! The place itself is spotless, modern, and thoughtfully decorated with charming, beachy touches that made it feel both cozy and stylish. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful from the moment we arrived, always available with a smile or a great local tip. And we have to mention the cats! We completely fell in love with them—they added such a sweet, homey vibe to the property. We’re already dreaming about our next trip back. If you’re headed to Costa Rica, this spot is a total gem!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Stephen was a most helpful host and assisted us in making all of our plans for a short but fantastic visit to Costa Rica. The house is just as advertised, clean and spacious. The views are out of this world and the access to amenities on the resort are perfect. Quick trip to local beaches and restaurants and we even had time to prepare a few meals in the kitchen. We followed all of Stephen’s advice including a half-day snorkeling trip with Juan Carlos which was a home run! I literally cannot say enough good things about the experience I had with Stephen and his beautiful home. I just followed the playbook he provided during our pre-visit telephone call and everything worked out beautifully. Playa Hermosa’s beach is breathtaking and Stephen made all the right restaurant recommendations! I was looking for a simple and fun trip for my family of five and thanks to Stephen my plan came to fruition. So relaxing!

When we booked the place we knew the location was where we wanted to be. However, the house far surpassed the photos. Absolutely stunning views, pool views and well appointed accommodations. We absolutely loved it! We will be back!!

This is a beautiful condo! We loved the private plunge pool and fully stocked kitchen. There is a big pool we had access to with a swim up bar and the beach is very close (it is walkable and if you are feeling lazy you can take a little shuttle). There are so many amazing local restaurants nearby that we didn’t make it to the restaurant options in the resort. The host/concierge was great! They arranged some excursions for us and followed up the next day (plus pics) to make sure everything was ok. I highly recommend place!

Camille and her mom are wonderful hosts. The house was like a beautiful dream. It smelled so good every time I entered. The pool was always clean. I saw many animals. We didn't want to leave, but we would definitely come back again with my family to stay longer. The nature, the animals, the birds—I was truly happy there. I recommend that future guests be aware that if the directions don't lead you past Flamingo Beach, you might be on the wrong path. It's better to take the longer route to be sure.

The pool was the best part! We could have laid out all day long! Super fast hot water. Great view. Easy to communicate with!

Michael provided us with a beautiful home away from home for our first family vacation in Costa Rica. The kids enjoyed the pool and the adults had multiple areas throughout the house to relax and reset. The house was beautiful and the views were fantastic! The gated community made us feel safe and the staff helped us with whatever we needed. This home was apart of us making lifelong memories we will cherish. Thank you to Michael for being honest, responsive, courteous, and a wonderful host. We will certainly recommend this home to all our friends and family!

We had a great stay at Sylvie's place. It's very close to multiple beaches and the pool was amazing. Sylvie was very responsive whenever we wrote and always helpful. The place is very comfortable and has all the "western" amenities. We cooked every meal (for two adults and three small children) with no issue. The kitchen had everything that was needed for cooking full meals. I would definitely not recommend staying here unless you have a car (which we did). You'd be very isolated to the one local beach and pool. With a car, everything you could want is in a 12 minute drive or less.

Great location in Playa del Coco! Easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants, but not in the busy area so still relatively peaceful. 35 minutes to the airport or rental car return location. We will definitely stay again!

The house was perfect for our needs. A very walkable location close to a grocery store, restaurants and a quick walk to the beach. The pool was a great addition. The house comes across as more spacious than the photos show. Plenty of beach towels and a beach buggy to help bring your things to the beach. Al was very helpful in arranging a fun boat/snorkel trip for us as well as providing excellent restaurant recommendations. I would highly recommend Playa Hermosa for a laid back beach vacation!

I planned a scuba dive trip to Playa deal Coco and Flamenco Rosa C#18 was the perfect home base for having such an adventure. The location is the ideal distance to both the beach and the bustling center. Close enough to be able to access both easily, but far enough away to sneak away to a peaceful, private space where you can take a siesta before heading back down to the beach for memorable sunsets. The unit is part of a hospitable and clean Condo community. I think this is a great value for a couple, or family of three. Please give it a try! I loved my experience.
