Monthly Rentals in Playa Fortuna

This is a piece of paradise to enjoy! We especially loved the garden with the beautiful tropical flowers, well designed landscaping and nice seating area. It’s an animal lover’s dream. Not only were we greeted by a sweet kitty, but there were cute tiny geckos and lizards about. Even more special was the daily sighting of a flock of ultra rare Puerto Rican Parrots while enjoying the garden! There are less than 600 in the world! The room was cozy. Lots of charm and very clean. The amenities were fine for us as we didn’t cook - we bought snacks when we weren’t eating out. From the AirBnB you can get to Old San Juan in about 30 minutes. Several beaches are around within a short drive. Lots of things to explore and enjoy! El Yunque offers zip lining, hikes and more. Our host was wonderful! Great communication throughout. Small snag with the internet once, but that was quickly taken care of, and honestly it was probably the internet provider not the host’s home with issue. Would go again!

This was our third time to Puerto Rico and the longest we have stayed in Puerto Rico. This villa and the area was perfect!! The Rio Mar Village is a separate gated community within the Wyndham Rio Mar Resort in Rio Grande. The grounds are well maintained and have beautiful vegetation. We felt very safe walking around Rio Mar Village and walked almost every day to either the Wyndham Hotel or around both golf courses.( 20 min walk to hotel) The villa is clean, well maintained, tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable. We like to cook and stay in to eat, more than eat out, so a decent kitchen is a must. The kitchen was clean and tidy; had full sized appliances, decent cookware and dishes , glassware, silverware, and utensils, in-unit washer and dryer. We spent much of our day out on the veranda...when we were not at the pool!!! Thank you Tomas for sharing your property. Tomas is a super host. Check- in and check-out easy. We will definitely be staying again at Rio Mar !!!!

The space is super cute & cozy, perfect for 2 people. The living space is well designed with new appliances, tastefully decorated & has a nice peaceful outdoor area as well. Location is great, very close to everything the area has to offer (beaches, bars, restaurants, shopping etc!). Plenty of room for off street parking. The house is on a quiet street in a safe neighborhood, definitely recommend!

This place offers breathtaking, romantic, soothing and relaxing views. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. The apartment was very clean and have quality furniture in excellent condition. Noranys is an outstanding host, always attentive to make sure you have everything you need as long as it's within her control. I wholeheartedly recommend it.
