Great spot and service. The only negative was a sporadic power outtage. For the rest all nice 👍🏽

A great place to go as a group and to relax by the sea. It covers all the basic needs and amenities. Guillermo's service was good. He even offered to meet us in Pedasí. Since the entrance road is not so obvious, Guillermo personally guided us from the main street to the accommodation. The beach is beautiful and is accessed by going down directly from the accommodation. The river mouth is very close so we also have a river. The place is less than a 10-minute drive from Playa Venao and less than half an hour from Pedasí. The entire road between Divisa and Playa Venao is paved and in good condition. Totally recommended, especially for group plans. I would definitely come back.

Very secluded and peaceful. Kitchen is outdoor. No regular stove or oven, but new refrigerator, good BBQ pit, hot plate and small toaster oven. Air conditioner in Yurt worked very well. Agustina was very responsive to our needs.

Beautiful house, beach and pool were awesome. Kitchen was well equipped and space was clean.

Excellent accommodation, super close to the beach, quiet and beautiful area with good restaurants. There is a lot of breeze and although it feels hot it feels cool. Loved it 👌👌👌

Our stay at this house was simply spectacular. The ocean view is breathtaking, every sunrise and sunset look like a dream. The house is beautiful, with a neat decor and a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel in a private paradise. Also, the host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making sure everything was perfect for our stay. Definitely a place we want to go back to. 100% recommended!

We were a family of 4 and felt we had more than enough space. The place was clean, large, and had air conditioning throughout which was a nice break from the heat! The outdoor patio area was lovely and having access to the hotel grounds and pool was such a treat. Monica was a lovely host, quick to respond to any questions and to provide local recommendations. We have already recommended this place to friends.

A little bit of peace and tranquility in the Pedasi area, the house is impeccable, spacious and very family-friendly. It definitely exceeded my family's expectations, I would go again.

Bucaro is a beautiful town and its people are very friendly and helpful. Cristina was there for us at all times. The rooms, the bathrooms, the kitchen, the dining room, everything is very clean. The spectacular beach is very quiet and clean

This is the third time we have stayed at this location and it gets better every time. The home is perfect for a natural getaway and give you the ability to unplug. For those like me who are still attached to work, the home has a good wifi connection. The home has everything you need and the hosts are more responsive than staff at top rated hotel. One of our favorite things is eating breakfast on the back deck listening to the sounds of the area. The view and surroundings are peaceful and amazing. The hosts are some of the best people we have met in years and have become great friends, almost like family and we appreciate our time with them. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Take good care of the home and the surroundings because we plan to be back.

We had a lovely time in Loft 9 in Pedasi. Upon booking we received very clear instructions of how to get to the property which is within a gated beach community. Everything is furnished nicely and they had everything you could need for a day at the beach (umbrella, chairs, snorkel masks) and also had a play we used as bed for our baby... Very handy. Once at the property you can cook in the well equipped kitchen or go to Pedasi (10-15 minutes by car) or a nearby hotel (5 minutes by car). There aren't other options walking distance. The loft doesn't have sea view but the beach and the pool in the pictures is just meters away. You can also feel the sea breeze lying in a hammock in the terraces as it lies a little above the other lofts around. There is also BBQ equipment but we didn't have the opportunity to use it. Overall a pleasant stay and we would come back again.

Overall everything was absolutely amazing! Their was a bit of an issue with the water on a few of the days but it was an external problem (I'm assuming the new construction going on next door) and Daniel jumped on every issue quickly to get the problem corrected. Just make sure you have some extra water on had for drinking and other uses. Besides that the house, area, people, town of Pedasi was just absolutely incredible!!! Also the weather app said rain for like 7 days of the trip and was just beautiful every day!Ocean was also spectacular! Definitely coming back next year.
