Monthly Rentals in Playa Dominicalito

We loved the place. Everything was as described. Very clean and organized. We had no issues checking in. The guards were very nice and friendly so we felt very safe. We had an issue with one of the sinks and Iliana took care of it within 20 mimutes. We appreciated her fast response. We were confortable at all times just like home.

We were all so excited when we arrived. The house and the view were exactly what the photos showed. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, looking at the amazing view around us. The restaurants near us were all great. Karen the owner and Olmer the concierge were great at responding to our questions. We would definitely love to go back!!

This was our second time staying at Eric’s villa and it felt like coming home. The place is just as magical as we remembered—peaceful, beautiful, and perfectly located to enjoy everything Dominical area has to offer. Eric is a fantastic host, super responsive and thoughtful. You can tell he genuinely cares about creating a great experience for his guests. We already can’t wait to come back for round three. Highly recommend this slice of paradise!

Wow! What a magical place to stay for 4 nights with my boys on spring break. Condominium Marisol is an upscale, secluded condo complex with epic views of the rainforest canopy and the ocean. Perched above Dominicalito and just a 5 min drive to Dominical, we felt well situated to explore the nearby beaches, waterfalls, biological reserve (snorkeling/diving) and restaurants. After soaking up the sun, we'd have lunch and then return to our little oasis for the afternoon to relax by the pool, watch the wildlife and wind down before dinner. There isn't an oven but otherwise, the kitchen is very well stocked so we were able to make our own smoothies and oatmeal for breakfast and save a little money. The condo is gorgeous, comfortable and the host partners with a concierge service to help you book outings. This was my last stop so I had not gotten around to organizing tours and they proactively reached out before we arrived to see if we might want to book anything. Amazing 5 star experience!
