Monthly Rentals in Playa del Rey, Los Angeles

We loved our stay in Rosemary’s Beach Condo. The condo is great and well appointed. The grounds are magnificently manicured. The little beach town was so great with wonderful restaurants and friendly people. The neighbors were great. My one complaint is that the beach down by the water was not taken care of and was constantly covered in garbage that washed out of the ocean. It made me very sad that they do not care for the ocean/beach/environment. The ocean is very spiritual and there was little to no regard for its beauty or well being.

The apartment is very charming and cozy, and very safe. I was there for a problem in my townhouse 3 blocks away, but this is the ideal condo for anyone looking for a place peaceful and near the beach.

Davida is an absolutely fantastic host, great communication and did everything she could to make our accommodations work for my daughter and I. Highly recommend her as a host. This listing itself underwent a major facelift during our time there- but Davida handled the situation gracefully and I’m grateful for her hospitality. Can’t say enough great things about her

Lori was very responsive, professional, friendly, and communicating with her was easy. She welcomed us in person which was a nice touch. Her condo was clean, matched the photos, and had everything and more than we needed for a long stay. It was equipped with coffee pods, towels, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, extra t. paper, hair dryer, iron, laundry/dishwasher detergent, olive oil, salt/pepper, cleaning supplies, and more. The location was great for us. It is very close to the beach and walkable to some eateries. Although it is extremely close to LAX , we hardly noticed the noise. We noticed it more when we were in the jacuzzi. We loved that the unit was very close to one of the jacuzzis. The complex is big but was super quiet and well maintained with pools, jacuzzis, and a gym. The parking garage with 2 spaces was appreciated. Do not hesitate to book Lori's condo! Thank you, Lori!
