Beautiful Andalusian cottage with sea view from the spacious balcony in a scenic setting in Nerja! The sunny private garden with terrace on the ground floor is a lovely outdoor area to enjoy. Only a 6 minute walk to Burriana beach and restaurants. The accommodation is completely renovated in June. Please note that you have to walk stairs to reach the house and that the house has a spiral staircase to acces the downstairs bedroom from the living room. Free parking available on the street.

The house is located in a beautiful valley, is totally independent and has privacy. The farm has fruit trees that are a delight in season. Outside there is parking, several terraces, one of which has a barbecue, and it also has a swimming pool to relax in. The interior has 2 double bedrooms and one single bedroom, 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, plus the living room and kitchen equipped with everything needed to make delicious dishes. It's a very quiet area.
