I stayed for five weeks at Jörg's apartment and wish I could have stayed longer! The apartment is on a great location (literally across the street from Yumbo's shopping centre) and is equipped with everything that I needed during my stay. The place is quite nice and because it is on a fifth floor, it has a great view of the city (you can even see the sea). A great advantage of the place is that its terrace faces the south, so it doesn't get direct sun light during the day, which keeps the place cool (I barely ever needed to use the AC unit). I also have to say that Jörg was: (i) very quick in responding to questions, (ii) quick and effective in solving a minor issue I had during my stay and (iii) proactive (thanks for providing the desk chair so I could work remotely more comfortably from your apartment!). In short: I couldn't be happier with my stay and recommend both of Jörg's apartments (last year I stayed at Jörg's apartment on the fourth floor and had a comparable experience).

This place is ideally positioned for the main attractions with the airport buses stopping just across the road. On the negative side the road noise on the balcony can be annoying and the bathroom and bedroom windows need some way to keep open as they blow shut as soon as the balcony door is open. Other than that it is an ideal place with a quiet bedroom, clean bathroom with a good shower, well equipped kitchen and good security. It gets the sun on the balcony in the afternoon and evening but with a roller sunshade if needed. The Wi-Fi is strong and reliable and the TV has an extra internet box but I did not really use it. I would definitely stay again if available.

I've been to Eugenio's apartment many times. The bathroom has been renovated and in the living room there are two new tables. Just 10 minutes to the beach. The bus stop is around the corner. A small supermarket is opposite. Just 5 minutes to the Kasbah. Overall, a quiet and well-kept complex.
