It’s equipped with the essentials (kitchen, washing machine, TV, Wifi, towels, sheets) so that guests are as comfortable as possible. It’s located near leisure areas, (Jumbo Centrum), bars, supermarkets and not far walking from the beach.

It is designed for a family vacation not for a group of young people who come to party tourism so they must comply with the rules of the house and the community especially not make noises that disturb the neighbors and less at night
